Very professional i had ordered a light i loved the style but was a bit to high i asked if they can customize an order to my likings and if they would take the one that i had already received back and they said yes no problem i will definitely do business with them again

Easy online ordering. Light fixture arrived in a reasonable amount of time, It was packaged well in good condition. Dazuma has very responsive customer service and was able to assist with my return request.

There were some broken crystals and the light fixtures required much more assembly than expected. Instructions were not included. That said, now that the fixture are assembled and installed, they look fabulous and provide really nice light
