Mike Rowdell

replacement renewal cards on the way
We had not received our renewal cards but Daniel was very polite and efficient and organaised prompt replacements. Very happy with the service so far.

I called Radius Velocity today to be greeted by Niamh. She was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Over the phone Niamh resolved my query \ problem.

Received excellent help and support from Rochelle when dealing with and solving my difficult account problem. It wasn't straight forward but she remained calm and professional at all times even though i could tell she was under pressure to get the answers i was looking for but we got there in the end.
