Great Staff, Great Products, Delighted to recommend
We have been dealing with Radius for a number of weeks on multiple products for a start up business. Every single staff member is a credit to the team. In an age where human contact with insurance companies can be robotic and a chore these guys mix mandatory with optional in perfect measure. We have been very impressed with the service team Iffy, Stephen & Conor so far. We have no hesitation in recommending Radius to prospective clients. Clarity Investigations Cork

Great experience all round
Great experience all round. I've been a customer since April. Before this I had never dealt with fuel cards and didn't know much about them however thanks to the sales agent Mark Dowling he really simplified it for me and it has made a significant impact on me and my business with his weekly check ins since signing up.

DCI Card Review
I am delighted with the product and the service from Radius which all began with a call from Kyle Canning. Who thoroughly explained the product to me as I was always felt I am not very tech savvy. Now I use the app weekly and love the card works everywhere I seem to go. Would recommend!

Just received our new fuel cards in the post, small problem with one of the cards. Contacted customer service's and spoke to the very efficient Ciara and within a couple of minutes she had the problem solved.

I had an excellent experience with DCI Card, thanks in large part to the outstanding support from Óengus Ó Corcora. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and straightforward, answering all of my questions quickly and clearly. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out.
It’s rare to come across customer service this thorough and genuinely helpful. I’d happily recommend DCI Card—and especially Óengus—to anyone looking for reliable and efficient support.

Daniel was very helpful when I called customer support to reorder a lost card. He talked me through the simple process so I could do it myself. Furthermore, the phone was answered very quickly and I wasn't left hanging on the line.
