Excellent customer service, on-line needs to be addressed.
We've had DCI cards for years and this is the first time we had any problems (card fault). Spoke with Sophie and she couldn't have been any more helpful. Problem was resolved quickly and confirmation e-mail received within hours.
My only complaint is not with Sophie but with the on-line service. I had to ring the customer service team due to non response to my on-line query.

Fuel card limit, overlapping times.
Had an issue with a fuel card regarding limits, overlap times and another few questions. Spoke to Daniel and he was great help explaining everything and getting the limit on the card sorted for me. Daniel was great help, straight to the point, no time wasting and had my issues resolved fast. Thanks Daniel!
