This was our first time using Debbie’s Villas, following a personal recommendation, and we would absolutely recommend them! They helped us find the perfect accommodation for our stay in Kissimmee while visiting all the Disney parks.
We would highly recommend Windsor Hills for its fantastic proximity to Disney, along with the added peace of mind of staying in a secure gated community. The villa was exactly as described—spacious and perfect for our group of three couples, offering plenty of flexibility.
Debbie’s Villas kept us well informed throughout the booking process and were always quick to help with any questions we had in the lead-up to our stay. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

Very professional company , with caring staff

The villa was as shown on your website except that the outside tables and chairs had been updated since the photos. The noise from the road behind the villa was noisy at times but did not stop us from enjoying the lanai at all. The villa was very clean and tidy and the management company were helpful. In all, a very enjoyable stay.

Villa was quite nice but was in need of decorating and updating. The pool was very good.

Always use Debbie’s when going to Florida. Great range of villas and price ranges. Provides good detail of how to get to the villa and access. Great location to all theme parks and international drive. Clean villas (what you see in the pictures is usually what you get) friendly staff, always available if needed.

Only slight criticism (very slight) welcome packs have reduced considerably since we first started using Debbie’s (that’s cost of living for you).

The company was really good we had to change and were very accommodating. Ring a few days before to make sure we had everything and then emailed through holiday and rang to check when we got back. Will book again

Villa was exactly as described on the website and we had a great stay. Washing powder , liquid etc all provided which was a real plus

We had problems with our villa in Tuscan Ridge. The shag pile carpet was stained, old and dirty. My grandson pierced his foot on the exposed gripper.
The oven billowed black smoke on first use due to oil in the oven floor. The spa pool kept switching itself on and we had 4 nights of broken sleep due to the pool noise and the generator. The villa is in my opinion sadly in need of an update.

Excellent communication from Debbie’s Villas .
The villa was spotless and ideally located near to the 192 . 10 minutes to Disney , really only ten minutes away.
Gated community great for security and the clubhouse facilities are excellent ..

Excellent customer service from start to finish

Had a great holiday . The weather took a bad turn going from 70 to -6 in a day which we unusual for Florida. Looking forward to returning back in Sept. Love the house.

I booked for a third time with Debbis Villas and everything was spot on no complaints at all. I received my information pack 10 days before I left the UK and everything was as it should be would highly recommend them.
