I started my journey with a different company and eventually ended up with Debt Movement U.K. from start to finish it was a dreadful experience. Rude, unprofessional, and the list goes on. It took me contacting FCA to eventually get my IVA sorted

Life without debt
I started with debt movement when they were Jarvis and wi was sad when they changed to aperature, then once again changed to debt movement. I was just happy that my debt was being managed and that now fingers crossed it’s at an end. Thank you to all involved.

I feel free!!
I'm really happy with my experience with Debt movement. They helped me become debt free in the most dire of times. A weight has been lifted off my mind and shoulders and now I can look towards a brighter future. One thing Debt Movement could work on is the turn around for replying to emails and having a customer service phone number that can actually help instead of just relaying messages.

The company have been silently working…
The company have been silently working in the background and helping where promised [agreements signed].
This has been a long journey, hard at times but if the need ever arose for help, DM were accommodating understanding and helpful.

HI All
I have now completed my Iva after 6 years and am debt free at last.
I approached debt movement as a last resort as the other company's i was with let me down,debt movement took on my problem, sorting my finance's out from word go, when ever i had a problem debt movement sorted with in a few days.
I just cannot fault this company in anyway keeping me informed through the years and looking after my debt.
If you are in dire needs and need a company that respects your debt problem and will look after you from day 1, then don't hesitate to contact them.

The way my IVA was handled when I first went in to it only problem I could say was the time it took to reply to emails and telephone calls even sometimes not replying at all
