Disgusting
Disgusting. Paid in full February 2023 via credit fix as Hanover did not respond.
Still showing as outstanding 2025.
No response to emails, hassled for 12 months after full payment.
The stress caused put me on medication.
Now logged with GOVUK as a dispute.
Debt free for nearly 3 years and still being penalised.

From the moment I started my iva
From the moment I started my iva, ive recieved soo much help and reassurance.. Ive just paid my final payment and been congratulated on becoming debt free ..now my case has been passed to closures.. im so grateful for everybody's help even when I called back to get more information on the closure procedure...thanks again
