They helped from the very beginning. Everyone I spoke to was patient ,incredibly understanding and helpful . If you are struggling with debt and don’t understand the legal side of things and your options don’t worry they will help you every step of the way . Personally I found my self in a bit of a hole with my debt and I can’t thank them enough because I really didn’t know what to do .most of all they showed what I feel was genuine compassion with no judgement

We received lots of help and understanding and everything was explained to us in a way we could understand .

Spoke to Laura at j3 debt solutions and she was lovely and helped me and answered all the questions I didn’t have a clue about, she took the time to answer them and now I have a full understanding of what is going on was also very pleasant and friendly to talk to and also made me laugh a couple of times.
