I recently ordered a 3 metre length of green/white block stripe (43cm wide) textilene replacement hemmed deckchair material to refurbish two antique deckchairs. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Southsea Deckchairs. Very rapid delivery and very high quality product. Fits perfectly.

It would be better if you could stop the back of the tennis chair from reclining all the time, sometimes you just want to be able to seat upright without thinking the back of the chair is going to move away from me.

Lovely chairs and beautifully crafted.

Firstly a little surprised that there was a charge for sending a fabric sample for a product that then retails at the given price point, I was even more annoyed by the fact that the charge was actually applied to each colour sample requested. Given that the samples were not much bigger than a postage stamp and arrived in the same envelope- so only one postage charge. I could have forgiven this if the cost of the samples was then deducted from the bill when the complete items were ordered at well over £500.00.

Clear communication, swift delivery and well packed - would recommend and use again.

Packaging was damaged, no inspection offered - delivery driver left goods outside front door and left (possibly without knocking on the door). Slight scuffing/scratches to sides of sunloungers.

The chair is great but the wing nuts for the back canvas were missing when I opened the package.

The replacement chair covers were professionally made thanks to the initial help from Grant who gave advice and provided a selection of materials and colours to choose from.

Well made, but would be so much better if frabic was not screwed on. Needs to be more like old Africa chairs from habitat that you can’t get anymore
