Defender Security Products Opiniones

Ordered a key safe which didn't come with a key to set the code. Messaged to ask for a key and was told they don't carry spare parts. Suggested I use a flat nosed screwdriver. Shouldn't need to actually - all parts should be included in the box!!!

Will not be ordering again - poor customer service.

Excellent service, delivered quickly. Product is very good quality at a competitive price

Initial problem with setup but that's to do with who put it on the wall rather than the safe itself but it's working just fine now and has already come in very handy as I have seizures so pple can now get in to me. The other reason for buying this is that I have already managed to look myself out 3 times. All in all I'm very happy I bought this keysafe and I am visually impaired so I like the fact it's designed for those with limited vision as a lot of the normal ones are tiny

We all hope we never need to be protected from thieves but it’s best to have the bags very nice and small

Easy to order, fast delivery and great product.

Good product at a good price and promptly delivered

Quick excellent service

100% genuine product. Bought several wallets before and they were all just rubbish. Defender Security products. The name says it all. 100% top product. Will purchase again and again.

Very strong and secure keysafe, but easy to use. Quick delivery as well. Only quibble is that the self-tapping thunderbolt screws didn't work as intended but I've never used them before so that might be me! Long screws and rawlplugs did the job well enough.

This firm is great, ordered a key safe arrived on time but didn't get to fit it as the safe as the customer passed away the day it arrived so I returned it with no problem and got a full refund. Thnk you very much.

Selling what I needed. Good price. Quick to despatch.

Product came quickly and was just what I wanted with very clear instructions for use.

Excellent service from Defender Security Products. The two Faraday pouches were well packed and arrived quickly. They are really well designed, I especially like the ring on the outside where I can attach my house keys. Very well made. I can recommend this product.

Reasonably priced.
Quick delivery
Good product

Very useful, Use it all the time.

Well we haven't set the light up yet so not sure we qualify to give the product a review! The service was great tho processed order quickly delivered within a few days & just before Christmas! Light we ordered looked good quality so all good from us so far. Well done guys

Excellent product very quickly delivered

I ordered the wrong size so contacted the company to enquire about returning but heard nothing , maybe only interested in selling and not customer care

Bought a couple of Faraday pouches for £5.95 plus postage which comes to £7.30 altogether, but the problem with these Faraday pouches is that they are just too small to properly accommodate my plastic Barclays card wallet stuffed with my bankcards and store loyalty cards, I barely struggle to put the card wallet into the pouch. They need to be made a bit bigger.
