Very long delivery despite quoting 2-5 working days and charging for delivery and cannot cancel order. Would just buy off Amazon instead next time.

Hi there,
We apologise for the delay. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates; however, once an order leaves our facilities, occasional courier delays that are beyond our control may occur.
Kind regards,
Ella
Well made Product
I bought the product because of its Police Approval. The pouches are well made albeit a little tight in use.

POOR AFTER SALES CARE
Bought defender apollo touch cctv kit.
Stopped working after a few days.
Tried to get help from the company but it's email only and the one reply I had was not helpful.
I've requested contact number but no reply
What a waste of money

Proper wallet for keys
Proper wallet for keys. Cars would not start when encased in these faraday pouches. Pity they do not have a key ring chain attachment.

Efficient post sales service
I experienced an issue with the casing of a new product. I contacted Defender Security Products via their web site. The process was efficient and the requests for information were both reasonable and appropriate. The standard of service was excellent and the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. Well done!

Easy to order
Easy to order. Already had one of these shed alarms bought elsewhere unfortunately it stopped working ☹️! So bought another from the supplier direct and hoping it will continue to work. For a simple, basic shed alarm it does it’s job.

Protection against car theft.
Package arrived on time and undamaged. This item was recommended to us as a deterrent against thieves gaining access to cars. Hopefully this will prove to be the case. It’s a bonus that a phone will also fit into the case so that’s added protection.
