I would give a negative if I could as this is such a scam! They have seriously taken so much from people and is a disgrace!

Purtroppo non ho visto le recensioni prima di fare il mio acquisto altrimenti non avrei fatto l'ordine. Sono dei veri truffatori ho aspettato mesi inviando email per capire come mai ci mettessero tanto ad inviare un pacco, mi hanno risposto sempre con grande cordialità ma prendendo tempo finché nell'ultima email mi dicevano che il pacco risultava essere stato consegnato già da tempo. Alla mia richiesta di sapere quale fosse la ditta che si era occupata della consegna mi hanno risposto che si sarebbero informati. Sono un grande ottimista ed io voluto credere ancora che ci fosse la possibilità di recuperare il pacco ma poi quando ho controllato il codice di spedizione ed il numero del pacco che risultavano inesistenti mi sono arreso ed ho avuto la certezza d'essere stato truffato.

And I to have been scamed same issues tracking number is false date if arriving scamed. Its showing on the tracking app they shared in my email to track my order, it is in transit to me 3rd and 4th of January 26...so pissed off. Do not buy from them their ad states the name of the company under Jasuond. Free shipping is what I chose to. Not happy pissed off. 50 bucks gone ahhhhh

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY - ITS A SCAM. They take your money and do not deliver the goods you have ordered - and no chance of a refund.

Total and utter scam from the beginning they were in transit but when they was at bottom of the street they somehow disappeared and they refused to send 2 more because they said shipping costs are to much.but I offered to pay shipping as first lot was free shipping .but all I got there are sending replacements but been waiting for months now im getting messages saying I can get a refund minus 30 % so told that to f off .was offered a 20% discount same answer now they have offered a 10% discount in refund .why advertise stuff you dont f ing have .total and utter con artist and im now gonna have to wait for my refund if I ever get it .bunch of theiving bastards that they are .if i could put zero stars i would

I purchased a composter from this company it never arrived email after email was sent,apologies galore but nothing else said they would refund the money but would keep 20per cent for 'shipping' which i think is a joke as I believe it was a scam.

It's a scam ordered item never recieved it got e mails saying refund will be with you and still waiting for it even got told it was in final stages I ordered a jigsaw table

Placed an order a year ago, never got the item, and still nothing but excuses for the refund.

A total scam!!!! I received identical emails as other people here have shared, since October 3rd, they are looking into a courier information that has"delivered" the ordered goods. Disgrace.

10 November. Dellberry, been emailing since order in early August 2025. Just offered me 30% reimbursement as international costs incurred. A load of BS.
All the apologies in the world and no correspondence. BEWARE!

I purchased these light (stupid I know) waited 6 weeks. I contacted them to which they provided me with tracking number. The tracking number did work but was for someone else. When questioned they said my item was delivered which it was...... To a diffrent address. I asked for refund they said they are a small company and would I be happy to receive half my money back. Of course I said no I want full refund then I had no response. After another week or so I contacted my bank who investigated them. They told my bank I had ordered a Pair of warm gloves 😂 my bank however didn't believe them so received full refund
