This website is totally scam. Don’t order any product from this website. You will never receive the product. I have ordered baby bicycle on September month and after one month also I didn’t receive any updates from them. This is totally scam.

worst service ever - no reply and no update How is this a trusted site?

Told me my parcel was delivered. I replied and told them there was no delivery and I had CCTV to prove it. Then told me because they had shipped it and it got lost in transit. I had to pay the shipping costs. Still in dispute with them. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME TRICK. NOT TRUSTWORTHY

This company is fraudulent I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my juicer . I have written the support team and no response from them,

I've been waiting 3 months for my delivery they need to be taken down i only ordered because it said it was a trusted sight

Pessimi, sembra una truffa! Ho chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine dopo 10 minuti perché ho visto recensioni negative e mi hanno risposto che avevano già spedito!
Peccato che dopo venti giorni, il pacco risulti consegnato ma non è mai arrivato!!!! Davvero una vergogna!!

Seen item on Facebook good advert for product,said it would be dispatched in 1 to 3 days be delivered 7 to 9 days went away for 10days on my return no parcel e,mailed them said a problem with backlog waited another couple of days no joy e,mailed for refund told me it had been dispatched so could only give me 50% refund checked the tracking it had not been sent, emailed them waiting for reply after reading the reviews dont think I'll get any where with them it's just a way to rip people off

I wish I had looked at reviews before placing my order through Facebook business for the shoe rack at lelarjon.cc / dellberry. The price was so low for the shoe rack compared at other sites that I placed the order. After a week of placing the order, I had to send them an email to check the status , they responded with a professionally looking email with order details and tracking number but the product never arrived. I waited for 2 more weeks and requested a refund of my order as it was never delivered, they negotiated even on that and agreed to issue 90% of the total payment made. This was all done in July 2025 and till today (Sept 2025) I have not received any refund. I am still following up but other than mail response from their customer care dellberry team stating a refund will be issued by their billing team , nothing has been received. Total scam don’t waste your time and money.

Also these show up as sponsored ads on Facebbok marketplace and I doubt FB does any check before posting these ads so be extra careful while placing your order through FB business marketplace.

Ho aspettato oltre tre settimane per ricevere un seggiolone alla fine ho avuto una mail di un corriere che il pacco era stato consegnato, nn per loro sino io che dovrei rintracciare il pacco...... LADRI sono truffatori diffidate

Commande passée le 19 août pour une machine à café Vespa et à part des mails échangés avec Pauline de chez Dellbery qui m'annonce avec un numéro de suivi que ma commande est bien partie, je ne reçois rien.
Je ne sais même pas comment demander à Paypal pour être remboursé

Commandé chez HOLS qui n'existe même pas mais je contiue à recevoir des publicités

Total scam. Do not buy from here! The tracking site they send you is a known scam tracking site, order never arrived. I wish I'd checked a site like this first.

Bought a puzzle stand for my daughter.
oddly enough I never actually bought it from these people I bought it from another company called Christher which had five star reviews they sent me a tracking number and I looked it up the Support said Eric puzzle upon further investigation it lead back Dellberry
So I wouldn’t buy from any of these 3 companies
If I could I would give it a negative star rating I just can’t understand how these people can Still operate.
Normally I would check out the reviews but I didn’t this time Bugga.
