5* customer service
I placed an order for a t shirt however was too small when arrived so I ordered the next size up and returned the smaller sized one. When I queried if the returned order had been received it had come to light that Royal Mail had delivered it to the wrong address. Demand uk told me they would refund me straight away and they would open up a claim themselves over the missing item. Can’t thank them enough for taking over this matter and resolving it for me. Customer service has been amazing from start to finish messages are replied to instantly and they are so helpful. I will definitely be ordering from this company again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Originally this order did come late however this was compensated and I was dealt with incredible customer service by the owner himself who offered me very good compensation
