Made an purchase was very fast delivery and everything described as on website, unfortunately item did not fit. Luckily they was quick to answer i was able to pay an excess and get an different item and turned up perfect 👍🏽

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Item purchased was quality and delivered quickly. Item arrive well packaged and wrapped in tissue paper sealed with personised sticker and in a quality plastic bag placed in a box. Unfortunately the tshirt was too big so had to return. At my own cost but most retailers seem to do this now. Refunded in a timely manner. Would purchase from the company again.

Was skeptical.. but very glad with my purchase…
Purchased a Burberry Polo not knowing much about this site. Was skeptical but the pckg delivered UK to US on 3rd business day. Item is authentic, brand new with manufacturer tags, spare button etc. Could not be happier since the same polo at factory outlets locally was selling for 30% higher.

I place order wasn’t going to be delivered the time I have requested for which it was a misunderstanding from my end for the delivery time but I have send an email to them and they have arrange special delivery for free if charge so I can have my order before catching my flight on same day .
