I think you need to rethink
Honestly it was the worst experience in my life but it wasn’t the place it was the fact it was my husbands funeral. So rating a day where I say goodbye to the most loved and important man in my life isn’t something I would like to do. May I suggest that sending email to rate a funeral to a greving wife isn’t one of your best ideas.

We received the most respectful treatment from you at the most difficult time ever.Your understanding and kindness was lovely and the service was held with dignity and yet was easy going.After service was good when the memorial stone which we picked from your catalogue and rose bush arrived and the ashes scattered in peaceful garden settings.I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone..

a truly compassionate service
I was treated with respect and compassion all the way through the cremation and when purchasing a memorial stone for Nicky Jay
When I attended the memorial stone after it was laid and fell to pieces with grief Sally the manager came out from the office and sat with me till I felt okay which is a really caring and compassionate thing to do and I thank her for doing that and being so understanding

The staff at St Asaph crematorium could not. have been kinder nor more
professional in their carrying out my wishes for my husband John's, funeral service, cremation and the setting up of his memorial in their lovely grounds.
