I had crowns and implants fitted last June and gone back this week for final crowns on implants. The cleanliness of the clinic is outstanding. The after service is spot on and I am more than happy with my teeth. Over the past 4 months if I have had any concerns or questions they are quick to respond. The clinic is very thorough with the treatment plans. I would also like to than Dr. Ali for the implant surgery and Lydia for crowns amazing service. A massive shout out to Ozzy who has made sure I am properly cared for while I was in Turkey from arranging trips to the market, shuttle to and from airport. Hotels. I was on my own for the first treatment but felt really safe knowing Ozzy was a phone call away should I need anything

All of the staff at Dentapoint went above and beyond the call of duty and my own expectations from start to finish. Figuratively speaking my hand was held throughout the experience, leaving no room for anxiety to set in, and any and all questions I had were answered with a reassuring smile.

Rose, my coordinator, was exceptional in her role, helped me with anything I needed, including but not limited to helping me with public transport to see some of historical sites of Izmir and beyond.

My dentist Mahmut Boran was also brilliant and the work he done on my teeth was leagues better than any other dental experience I have ever had. My confidence in his ability was sky-high from the get go and he never caused me any doubt on the matter.

I am due to return to finish off the work and I very much look forward to it.

Hier eine nicht so schöne Langzeiterfahrung mit Dentapoint Izmir. Ich habe mir im Alter von 30 bei Dentapoint 20 Kronen für ca. 4.000 EURO machen lassen.
Die Planung durch Quonomedical und die Abholung von uns zum Hotel haben reibungslos funktioniert. Soweit so gut.
Während der 1-wöchigen Behandlung kam es immer mal wieder zu kleinen Ärgernissen wie zum Beispiel dass die provisorischen Zähne ständig im Alltag rausgefallen sind aber was nicht von der Klinik behoben wurde.
Jedoch war das erst der Anfang wie mir später leider schmerzhaft klar geworden ist:
1. Als dann die finalen Kronen eingesetzt wurden, habe ich mich mehrmals darüber beschwert, dass die beiden Gebisse nicht richtig zueinander passen wenn ich den Mund schließe, sondern etwas versetzt ist bzw. dass es an einer Stelle die Kronen zu groß anfühlen und so das Schließen des Gebisses unnatürlich und das Beissen unangenehm war. Auf meine mehrmalige Beschwerde darüber, wurde mir einfach versichert, dass das normal ist, und dass sich die Zähne anpassen würden und dann alles problemlos mit der Zeit zueinander richten würde. Nun nachdem etwas Zeit seither vergangen ist, kann ich deutlich sagen, dass das nicht der Fall ist. Sogar ganz im Gegenteil. Zurück in Deutschland, bin ich aufgrund von lang anhaltenden Schmerzen zu meinem Zahnarzt. Dieser hat sich erstmal sehr über das Aussehen der Kronen gewundert und auch den Fehlbiss direkt erkannt. Denn seit meiner Rückkehr hatte ich nun seit Monaten Zahnfleischbluten und weiterhin der nicht passende Gebiss hat im Alltag deutlich gestört. Mein Zahnarzt erklärte mir, dass ich eine starke Zahnfleischentzündung (Grad 4-5) habe und diese von der mangelhaften Ausführung der Kronen selber herrühre, denn die Kronen seien zum Einen zu kurz und zum Anderen seien insbesondere die Enden der Kronen Problematisch (also die Enden zum Zahnfleisch hin) , denn die weisen extrem abstehende Kronenränder auf! Das führe dazu, dass das Zahnfleisch gereizt wird von den abständenden Ränder und zu Entzündungen des Zahnfleisches führt. Und das wiederrum zu den Zahnschmerzen und dem Zahnfleischbluten. Seither muss ich regelmäßig eine Salbe gegen die Entzündung nehmen, damit diese nicht Überhand gewinnt, denn das Zahnfleisch kann dadurch irreparabel beschädigt werden und sich weiter zurückziehen. Den Fehlgebiss konnte mein Zahnarzt durch etwas Schleifen an den Kronen zumindest etwas verbessern. Er erklärte mir auch, dass man das nie so hätte unkorrigiert belassen dürfen, denn anders als von der Klinik erklärt, würden sich in diesem Falle die Weisheitszähne durch den neuen Platz den Sie durch die Fehlstellung haben, herausbilden und zu weiteren Problemen führen!!
Jedenfalls muss ich seither mindestens 2 mal im Jahr eine professionelle Zahnreinigung durchführen, denn die zu kurzen und abstehenden Kronenränder bringen ein erhöhtes Risiko mit, dass sich dort Belag versteckt absetzt und dort sich dann unbemerkt Karies bildet.
Zudem ist außerdem bei den Zahnreinigungen rausgekommen, dass an den Kronenränder noch kleinste "Plastikrückstände" o.Ä. von der Behandlung zurückgeblieben sind, die das Zahnfleisch zusätzlich reizen. So wird bei jeder Zahnreinigung (die sehr schmerzhaft sind aufgrund der Entzündung), jedes mal solche kleinen "Partikel" an den Ränder der Kronen gefunden, die dort nicht sein sollten.
Hier nur mal das Schlimmste meiner Erfahrung mit dieser Klinik zusammengefasst. Weitere kleinere Probleme erspare ich euch an dieser Stelle.
Alles in Allem eine absolute Horrorshow, die ich niemals nochmal mir antun würde denn ich leide bis heute noch täglich an dieser Entscheidung.

I was scared, had a bad dentist experience 25 years ago, and hadn't been since, so my teeth were a mess, at DentaPoint I had 3 extractions, 6 implants, and 24 crowns, work was carried out over 3 days, then a 3 month gap, then over 4 additional days, the last 4 days were easy quick appointments, and allowed for a lot of spare time in Izmir.

My total dental cost, £6800.

Izmir is a great city, excellent for wheelchair users, and shopping, food....

Well what can I say. I returned from Turkey yesterday, I was with DENTAPOINT all week. They were absolutely amazing. From my dentist DT Sidika ozham, care coordinator Gizem and the dental nurse. After my 1st day and initial trauma, I was regretting the decision, maybe this
was because I was in pain,however the pain disappeared. They restored my teeth. I had 3 back teeth removed, which will need replacing.

From the initial contact to the final process, the attentiveness, customer service, honesty and pricing are above most standards. I would recommend any one of my family members or friends to go to this facility for any kind of dental work.

Dentapoint is the most amazing place to get that great smile back that you’ve lost for years. I was only over there on the 8th of September and to say I’m happy with the work and the way you are looked after would be an understatement. From the word go DT Ilayda Karaca and Patient Coordinator Ozzy were fantastic talked me through everything and made me very relaxed. Give these guys a call and you will never look back. Super professional, super organised and spotless hospital. Thank you so much. My dentist was dentist Dt. Ali Kılıç and my patient coordinator was Aybike. I go back once the implant screws have settled. Cracking hotel so close to the hospital I was able to walk and was met by Aybike who explained what would be happening. Faultless ! I cannot believe I have had no pain ! Make this dental practice your first choice

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was the best dental treatment I've ever experienced. I have a private dentist in London and dentapoint puts them to shame. I broke my two front teeth and my dentist here was charging more then triple what dentapoint did and that included transport and accommodation. The accommodation was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing from my first message to them. They even check up on me and I've been back a few weeks. I am going to go back for all my dental work. I contacted them on a Friday and they saw me Monday. It was so fast and efficient. I can't thank them enough.

Best experience from start to finish, everything was so straightforward, when we arrived we were picked up front the airport and brought to the hotel we were the checked in quickly and bought to our room. The clinic is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel which made getting to and from the clinic easy and stress free, the clinic is amazing everyone there is so friendly and cannot help you enough, anything you need any questions they are there to help, my 2 dentists were dt. Ali kilic and Evrim oner who both were very professional explained everything they were doing and wouldnt stop until everything was perfect, I also want to mention my patient coordinator Gizem who set everything up explained the whole process and was there the whole time making sure everything was perfect for me, I got crowns which I couldn't be happier with i would recommend this place to anyone especially if your nervous you will feel so at ease once you arrive.

I already had plans to come to Izmir before contacting DentaPoint. I reached out to a few dental offices and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. They also had great reviews and were in easy distance to my hotel so I decided to book with them. That was definitely a great decision.
I had a crown that was about 15 years old and need to immediately be replaced.
My coordinator Ilayda was in touch right away through Whatsapp to book my appointment and answer all my questions. She was also there to greet me at my first appointment and stayed with me throughout most of my appointments to translate and answer questions.
All the staff including my dentist Dt. Sıdıka Ozhan couldn't have been better. Friendly, well trained and really helpful.
DentaPoint feels incredibly modern and they also clearly made an effort to make the office feel bright, comfortable and inviting. They got everything done for me really quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated as it meant I was able to enjoy some time in Izmir rather than feeling like I was only in the city for dental appointments.
I would more than happily come back in the future for any dental work and would gladly recommend them!

Het voortraject was zeer uitgebreid en er werd ruim de tijd genomen voor vragen, mijn onzekerheden en ruim stil gestaan bij de mogelijkheden die er allemaal waren. De reis, het verblijf en de begeleiding heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik met een ontspannen gevoel aan de reis begonnen ben. De behandeling en begeleiding, als ook de Nederlandse tolk waren zeer professioneel, hygienisch en volgens planning en hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik met een prachtig gebit weer terug ben gevlogen naar Nederland. Absolutely brilliant a bit scary going all that way on my own but both 2 times were absolutely worth it I've never had so many comments on my teeth now...what a difference they did an absolute amazing job so glad I took the plunge and done it.

Rose was the first person who I spoke to at the start of my journey. She was great the whole way through as I was pretty nervous. The other staff were brilliant too. Made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process and I’m absolutely delighted with the results

Whar can I say other then exceptional great staff and state of the art dentists.

I got 20 zirconium crowns in Denta Point in Izmir couple of weeks ago. Whole experience was 10/10. Starting from initial contact with amazing and helpful Sude who was responding to all my (stupid and less stupid) questions very quickly and regardless of let’s/early hours. I was stressed as it was a big change in my life. I did my research and checked many places in Turkey before I decided to go with Denta Point.
I gave them two weeks notice and there was no problem with booking hotel and transfers.
Driver who picked me up from the airport was very polite and there was no problem with my flight being late- he patiently waited for me with clear sign. I also received his picture, name and reg of the car so I felt safe. Car was actually a van converted to limousine which was nice touch.
It took us around 20 min to reach destination- Kordon hotel. Place was very easy to access. No problem with check in. Beautiful room, comfy bed, wifi and swimming pool on the rooftop. Mini fridge as well. Daily housekeeping and literally everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. I was traveling alone so had a little stress about accommodation itself but there was absolutely no problem. Breakfast was included. Late checkout available ( my flight back was in the evening).
Clinic is 4 min walk from the hotel- can’t get lost 😅 Building - very clean, modern and functional. Friendly atmosphere. There is reception on the ground floor, chill area on the 1st floor and everything above would be actual dentist offices. On day one I filled papers, got X-rays, scans, consultation, pictures, payment and we started with deep cleaning my teeth and shaving them to make space for the crawls. I anaesthetic so i absolutely didn’t feel any pain. After that i got temporary teeth to cover sensitive teeth. First day was the longest in the clinic. On second day i had root canal treatment and more consultation about my dream smile. Next days were about adjustments biting, choosing colour and shape.
Sude was with me all the time for mental support and some translation if needed but to be honest both my dentist and his assistant had great english. I even met the owner who was checking up on me. I felt really taken care of all the time. On day number 4 I got my zirconium crowns cemented for good. I received mouth guard to wear at night. Also I was told how to take care of my new teeth. Day number 5 was my last day- I filled more papers. Got pictures, instagram reel ( optional), X-rays, scans etc. All my medical history was sent to me via WhatsApp very quickly too.
During this 5 days I was eating mostly soft baby food and drinking loads of water as temperature in Izmir in August is 40 degrees.
I would like to assure that procedures weren’t painful at all and I am pretty sensitive person so no need to worry about that.
Now I’m few weeks after visiting clinic and I got plenty of compliments about my teeth. There is no problem with eating or drinking. The only thing was not being able to pronounce “s” properly and I was scared it will last like that forever but my tongue get used to new shapes in my mouth in couple of days and I talk totally normal.
I can highly recommend clinic and all people involved in my smile transformation. There is nothing to be afraid!
