Dentapoint reporting the bad reviews and getting them removed…..First thing I must say the clinic is very very clean , Ozzy is really good at he’s job 👌customer service is spot on, the whole experience was good until I got home , it’s been 5/6 weeks since I’ve had work done , 1 of my dental bridges is not in properly , it’s left a gap , my mouth is either really dry or lots of saliva ,I’m speaking with a lisp now ,I never had a lisp before. Well just to update the situation, I went to my local dentist to see if there was anything else wrong and it turns out there is loads wrong …. Firstly the crowns are too big & thick for my mouth and they haven’t been cemented correctly, theres gaps between my crowns and my gum as a result which is allowing food and liquids into the gaps the dentist said I would need them all taken out and news ones put in as you can image this was a lot to process , the single crown at the back of my mouth is covered in cement … update on 21/1/25 … I’m currently in turkey, gone to a different clinic and asked for a 2nd opinion on my mouth , they said my bridge wasn’t pushed up properly and I shouldn’t have had a bridge fitted straight after having a tooth removed (look it up) as your gum shrinks and it needs time to heal,I’ve got 1 implant screw in and 1 ain’t he said he’s not sure why they have done that 🤷‍♀️my crowns are sitting to far forward and left ledges and gaps for plaque to build up on, the single crown at the back of my mouth is covered in cement that’s not even the best bit , I showed them my old x ray before I had any work done and they said I didn’t need any root canals ,i had 7 at dentapoint because they said I needed them but clearly I didn’t.

The hotel was good, staff friendly. Clinic was 5 minutes walking distance. Everything Utkun promised me went accordingly with no deviation. The staff were friendly, eager to help and they listened which was of major importance to me.

Got my crowns done 5 months ago and can’t recommend enough. From the first point of contact right through the whole process. The kindness, professionalism and transparency was 2nd to none.
My teeth are lovely I get compliments all the time they look really natural and no issues at all.
Ilayda was my patient coordinator and she was so helpful, she even booked a restaurant for us 1 night.
And my dentists Sidika and Mahmut are just excellent at what they do. Most importantly they listened to what I wanted and had to say.

The team of dentists demonstrated 100% professionalism, honesty, care and accuracy so that I could have the best result. Everything went as promised, the reception in the country, the hotel, the building where the clinic is located, everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I thank Dentapoint for their dedication in a time of change and fragility, it is not exactly easy to go through the surgery I had, combining a sinus lifting, a bone graft, some extractions and some implants, its recovery, and uncertainty about how it would be to see myself in the mirror after everything. They allowed my husband to be around whenever I asked. I definitely recommend their services.

A fantastic experience and very professional from start to finish. I had all on 6 implants done on both jaws, plus sinus lifts, bone grafting and extractions... I Felt no Pain at any time which was amazing considering all of the work that was done. All of the staff were very kind and helpful - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5 STAR Company....

My experience at Dentapoint was fantastic. I have waited 4 weeks since my teeth where fixed. I thought I'd leave it for this period of time so they could settle and I could give a better review of how they feel when settled. Well I am very pleased to inform you all they are spot on.
They look fabulous in my gums. I chose to go for the 3ed shade down so I have a slight yellow to them. Everyone I have shown cannot believe how natural they look.
The shape and size are superb.
Nadya was my dentist and she was terrific. So bubbly too.
Ozzy sorted all my accommodation and appointments. If I messaged him he returned the message within minutes morning or light at night.

From my very first contact my experience has been absolutely amazing. Staff, Dentists, translation has been perfect. Premises are amazing, clean and hygiene to absolute perfection.
