Received tummy control shorts after waiting over 4 weeks to receive. They are now tummy control. They are at least 2 sized to small and the fabric is cheap and horrible. Have sent an email on how to return but after reading reviews for this company I don't hold out much hope. Unfortunately I had also ordered some artificial flowers for hanging baskets which looked amazing on their site about 8 weeks ago which have not arrived. Sent email but reply was they would pass onto transit !! AVOID THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA CHEAP AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THATS £50 OF MY HARD EARNED CASH DOWN THE DRAIN.

If I could have pressed zero stars I would. Nothing like the picture or description. Very short shorts and tiny sizing. Total waste of 20 pounds.

The Shorts I ordered the sizing is very small so they do not fit and are poor quality. There is no tummy control as described. Return address is CHINA - unable to return them as the shipping costs are too much. Obviously not a UK based company as you might think!. Wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from them.

I wish I had looked here first. The sizes are US but it didn’t tell you that. So a size 18 in the tummy control Jean shorts are actually a 14. They offered £2 compensation for an item that was £19.99. I’m tempted to get back to the social media page and resell them to someone in the Uk, but the quality is poor and I don’t think I could rip someone off like they have me.

I ordered a pair of trousers and after 5 mins decided to cancel . They wouldnt let me cancel and made me wait for them . In the meantime I lodged a complaint with PayPal and was told to wait for them . When they arrived they are the cheapest material . I went back to PayPal and they had closed the complaint and said it can’t be reopened … PLEASE do not buy from them . They they won’t do anything now after loads of emails. I am a pensioner so £18 wasted . don’t buy don’t buy don’t buy

Typical Chinese rubbish. Someone is making a fortune from this dodgy company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Cheap goods and no hope of a refund.

Ordered some denim shorts which took weeks to arrive , luckily I sized up so they do actually fit but they are just a cheap pair of stretch shorts that you would buy better in primark , very disappointed

I ordered two flower arranging tools, looked amazing on the promo video they arrived today and are tiny probably a quarter of the size than on the video yet no option to choose what size you would like. Steer clear I would give zero stars if I was able to. Note to self check trust pilot reviews before ordering 😞

I ordered these on 6th February 24 and after many emails and the lies that they told and there fake tracking system, I eventually received them on 21st March 24, 7 weeks later 🤔🙄 I get my orders quicker from Shein, Temu, Amazon in less than 5 days.
Right, they claim that these can lift and shape your Butt, but NO NO NO, that's the biggest lie, there just normal leggings that hold you in a bit, that's it, so instead if me going to workout/gym with them I'll just wear them in the house for cleaning instead. But they don't do absoulutely nothing for you're Butt, no lift or anything.

Received my order this morning Well what can I say the worse pair of trousers I have ever bought nothing like what’s advertised material is shocking i couldn’t even give them away they are that bad wouldn’t ever order from them again

If I could give it 0 stars I would of! Ordered 2 pairs of leggins, I measured myself fully to get correct size straight away oh and belive it or not they didn't fit! I started refund request and been asked to give them to someone else- wow! No refund! Don't waste time or money!

Do not order!!! If they won't fit you won't be able to return! I have purchased 4 different but non of them fit so I've requester full refund and return address but unfortunately they refused, rejected my request and offered £4 refund! A huge joke! Apparently if their products don't fit you won't be able to return because they have sent correct clothing!!! I've never seen anything like that! They delete 1 star reviews from their website!!!!

Disgraceful product and customer service. I bought a women's face product that was to have been an answer I have been looking for. However, the packaging was all in Chinese. When I contacted them via their online service, they sent me a link to further information which showed error code 404 - invalid. They then sent me an email stating that if I wanted anything further to follow the link in the email. Surprise surprise it was exactly the same torturous route that I had been through before. I have asked for a full refund but since then I have heard nothing. Don't give them any of your hard earned money, they are crooks !!!!

AVOID !! SCAM !! RIP OFF !! Overcharged on credit card after ordering. Waited months for delivery could never get a response apart from an automated reply. Goods finally arrived after I put a review on here saying it's a scam. Quality of goods appalling, not fit for purpose. Ordered a set of 3 bras that are only fit for the rubbish bin. Costly mistake for me
