Ordered 5th Oct still waiting for product to arrive

Awful company, avoid at all costs!!!!
They take your money but no item arrives, I asked for a refund but was told no as the item had been dispatched and I had to wait for it!!
After contacting PayPal, they issued me with a refund.

I want to return 2 of these suposidly fantastic bras I'm a 36 d n cudnt get into a 6xl it's a joke if anyone knows how to get in touch with someone about this let me know x

Received 3 items purporting to be bras! They are badly missized what ever they are supposed to be. I usually read Trustpilot reviews...I wish I had this time. I was also charged £3 more than expected for this rubbish. i agree this is a scamming company best avoided.

Nothing received, no response to chases, now way to talk to anyone. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Edit - I did eventually receive my order but very poor quality and the sizing is way off.

I ordered bra on buy one get one free basis. Only one arrived very very disappointed. Very flimsy nylon, no support definitely not true to size much smaller. Paid £17.77 for a load of rubbish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS, TOOK MORE MONEY FROM PAYPAL THAN STATED THEN IMMEDIATELY I TRIED TO CANCEL BUT THEY SENT IT ANYWAY 2 DAYS AFTER, PARCEL NOW SOMEWHERE GOING AROUND THE USA. AGAIN LIKE OTHERS I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS, MY OWN FAULT I'VE BEEN SUCKERED,DONT YOU BE TOO

Just bought 2 lots.
They've taken £3 more from paypal than shown on my invoice.
It's obvious they are crooks

Took my money over 3 weeks ago- no shipping confirmation and tracking details say no orders linked with email address. Can’t get any response! Should have read the reviews because it sounds like the bras will be rubbish if I ever receive them anyway!😕

Do not use this company what so ever. I've been trying to send to items back and all I get is excuses after excuses. More quality item. Scammers.

Absolute rubbish items, don't waste your money

Received my order, very poor quality, size is wrong, completely different from description. Asked to send me address for return and refund, instead received few emails with various excuses and suggestion to give the items as present to someone else!? Avoid this company, scammers !

Ordered 2 Seamless Bras on a buy one get one free. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, which I didn't mind so much but once the bras had arrived, they were complete joke. No support in the 'bra' whatsoever and with no adjustable straps on the shoulders either, I couldn't even try and adjust to give support. Literally a cotton pad in each bra cup (for modesty perhaps(?) as they didn't even smooth the cup out to give a rounded shape). Unless your boobs are extremely pert, like two little rocks stuck under your chin (and to be fair, I don't think they'd even be any good then!), these bras are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Customer service is a complete waste of time

They are offer an item on buy 1, get 1 free - so I've paid for 2 items and should have received 4 items but haven't. Upon contacting them they have requested a further 5.99USD to change my order - false advertising. The order stated £13.99 yet they have claimed £16.79 (tax on top of price) - RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!

I too ordered two different coloured bras on a buy one get one free offer. When they arrived they weren’t what I thought and far too small for a size large. Plus only one of each arrived. I contacted the company who basically told me to give to someone else and said I couldn’t have a refund or exchange. I’d like to know where my consumer rights are as they don’t seem to think there are any. Please do not order from this company, I’ve never been treated so badly before now.

I ordered two bras in size large , they arrived , they were extremely poor quality and I doubt they would fit a 10 year old they were that small. Customer services told me to give it to a friend as I got what I ordered. I wouldnt insult any of my 10 year old friends by giving them to them. They are in my bin. If I could have left no stars I would have done. I would advise anybody not to order anything from this company.

I would give a negative star review if I could. I, like others, have been extremely disappointed with the trousers that were delivered. The sizing is completely wrong. When I contacted them about a refund, they refuse to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm in the UK and like others, this was the first time I didn't check the reviews, BIG mistake! These trousers are not linen blend and do not fit, too big at waist and small at hips. Firstly they took too much out my account when first ordered and I emailed them for an immediate refund, which I did get. But on receiving said trousers I got in touch for a return and refund and now I'm in the throws of trying to recoup my money. Firstly it was, can i give these to someone else, secondly it was a £3 refund, thirdly a £5 refund, all of which I've refused. I doubt I'll receive anything but I'll keep trying. Please please 🙏 do not waste your money, time and effort with these scammers!

First time ever I didn't read reviews on trustpilot. Big mistake. Trousers said linen blend, definitely not . Delivery time was two weeks . Trs did not fit. Emailed them for a returns label no joy. Was told they sent me the size I ordered if they didn't fit then I should sell them on or order a different size. it would cost me too much to send them back. Emailed back to say they are too big on the waist and too small on the hips. Still waiting for a reply.

I ordered some trousers and like the other reviews, they took ages to arrive. They are too big and nearly see through! Again, like 1 of the reviews, they will not send me a return address and keep offering me silly amounts (£2, £4) in compensation but keep the pants! I’ve sent so many emails! So far, nothing sorted
