I have a similar response to everyone else. It took months and months to receive my watches. I had placed a fraud claim in with my credit card and the day after they advised me they were approving my claim and refunding me the money, they appeared in my mailbox. They look beautiful. I think the actual time pieces are pretty cheaply made as the dials are super loose. The double snap for the band is super annoying as they don't latch well and come open numerous times a day.

I placed my order in February. It is now the end of June, and nothing. I emailed in May wanting to know about my order. Got the same standard email everyone is talking about. Tried to email them again today and their email and website are gone. This is very frustrating.

I actually received my three watches today after ordering 26 Feb. I received an email tracking number that didn't track for three days initially. I was skeptical from the start and after not receiving after 7 weeks I notified to cancel and then disputed the credit card charge. After two months the credit was finalized on my statement with reason the merchant did not respond (I just withdrew my credit dispute). I don't know if they are fulfilling everyone's orders but you may actually receive your order. The watches are quite stunning and look as good as the photos. Hard to say what is going on with this business - unlikely that it's an outright scam but I have to wonder if legal action was a factor (not from me). The watches comes with a tool to remove the band links. Make sure you push the pin out and see the thicker end pop end so it can be removed. If you don't push it back in and push it out from the other end. Good luck!

Absolutely a scam got the same email as everyone else here too many times to count finally after 4 months or harassing them everyday I got my money back no wonder the are out of business!!

Same problems as everyone else here. Ordered in February. Had to write them to see what was happening after several weeks. Claimed to have sent order to our previous address. USPS says they destroyed the package rather than forwarding (makes me wonder what was inside). Lately they claim they will resend the order but cannot provide tracking number and sent to the old address even though I gave them the new one. What a cluster......

Scam scam scam, I ordered my 3 watches on Facebook February 22nd 2021, today it’s May 12th and nothing has come. I demanded my refund and they keep giving me this bogus email saying my email is being taken seriously and they’re going to see to it that I’m taken seriously! Bogus, it’s a scam and I contacted my attorney general to let them know that this place needs to be contacted. Next I have to dispute the charge with the bank.

I ordered 2 watches and the next day they were offering an extra 20% off. I emailed and asked if I could get this discount as I ordered the day before and 3 days later the money was back in my bank. It took a few extra weeks to get my watches but very happy!!!

Still no watches even after a response on April 7th saying my watches are ready to be shipped!

I ordered 5 watches on February 12, 2021.
Today it’s April 15, 2 months later and I have received nothing.
Have written them 4 times, they always respond 2-3 days later with the same story.
They are being hand-made and they are running really late.
My order was put into the expedited list, whatever that means.
They also offered me the opportunity to cancel and get a refund.
Will wait another month than will call cc company to report fraud.
No surprise they are going or are gone out of business.
I am excited to get them if they ever show up: the pictures are stunning.

*Update on these Watches! As of 13th April I received my complete 3 Watch order, (Nova, Onyx, Rustic) some 3 months after I ordered them. I am so Happy they finally showed up as I was thinking like most, that I had done my dough with this company, but not so! Sure their Customer Service is lacking somewhat, but these Watches do look the goods. I did have to adjust (remove 2 sections) of the Band which as they give you a little tool to do the job wasn't very difficult at all and set the correct date etc. But Hey I got them so Happy Days. 5 stars for Product, 2 stars for the way they operate.... Robbed, these people are thieves. I ordered some watches 2 months ago and nothing. I keep getting emails saying my order is in process...and my watches are being custom made.....complete BS

I only give 1 star because I still hope to receive my order that is now 9 weeks since I ordered. I’ve contacted the company several times and all they say is that when the watches are shipped they will send an email. Next step is to contact credit card company and alert them of this fraudulent company to issue a refund as I don’t believe the watches will ever arrive. I believe this company is a total scam

Ordered two watches for a anniversary gift for my wife and I. Paid with CC on February 27th received email upon purchase thanking me for the purchase and not to worry that orders are “usually “ shipped in 1-3weeks. After a month I emailed asking for status on my order and received a email saying the same bs as before, that after reviewing my order it’s still in processing and would take 1-3 weeks and an email would be sent upon shipment. On the 5th and 6th week again I emailed asking for update on my order - no reply. My final email was asking to cancel my order and refund my $ - again no reply from their end. I have since called my bank/credit card company and currently in the process of getting my $ back from the credit card company. They are investigating the purchase and said it will take 30days until I hear something back. Should have known better to purchase “deals” from a website stating they’re getting ready to close their business. Lesson learned.

Last form letter email I got from, them was March 23 where they told me my watch was "getting ready for shipping!" All their social media and websites are shut down.
UPDATE: After I emailed I was going to contact my bank I got a email from UPS that my package was on the way. Confirmed, I did receive my watch although the blue second hand is actually white (I bought The Twlight model). Other than that its fine. Comes with extra links and a link tool.

It has been 9 weeks since I placed my order and now they are not even responding to emails. SCAM is an understatement. I am not even sure where to go from here. But 170.00 is alot of.money to just walk away from. Do not give this company your money. Im pretty sure anyone who wrote a good review on here is also a fraud.

I ordered a watch via a Facebook ad over a month ago. Still no watch. The confirmation email includes a 'View Your Order' button, but it doesn't work. Unclear whether I've been scammed or the company is poorly run. If it is a scam, Facebook should be held accountable for poor quality control.

It’s has been five weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them. I believe it a Scam as well. Very disappointed with the service of the company.

If i could have given a no star review i would have. My experience has been exactly that of Noel and Barry. Same timeframes, same wording, same promises. Now also the same non response to the three emails of inquiry i have sent in relation to the progression of my order which was placed on January 19th 2021. Edit - After no communication from this company i received my watches yesterday April 8th 2021, the watches were packed and presented well although i doubt whether they are of great quality. Still given they are inexpensive that can be expected. So in hindsight i probably would allocate this company and their products as a 2 star experience over all for a lack of communication and quality.

I bought the three watch bundle in October. All looked good on arrival - nice watch cases and attractive dials. I set them all to the correct time, all were working and put them away until time to wrap as presents for Christmas. When I looked at them in December two showed the correct time, one was way out. I checked it for a few minutes and noticed every so often it stalled for a few seconds. I couldn't give this as a present so decided to follow up with the company after Christmas.
When I contacted them I explained all I have just said and asked for their help to resolve the issue. No reply, and no reply to 6 more emails and Facebook messages left. I contacted my credit card provider who started an investigation and gave me a temporary refund for a third of the bundle cost. Design by Wood refuted the claim, and said "The customer did not provide proof of damage" despite the fact that I had never heard from them once since notifying them of the problem. The refund was reversed. I would have gladly sent a video clip of the watch faulting or whatever they felt they needed as proof.
This is an arrogant business that clearly feels it is always right. It's not good enough to say, as they did in reply to the credit card chargeback, "We make sure that every product is shipped out is properly inspected for quality and performance check. The item is not damaged from the day we forwarded it to the carrier" (the grammatical error is theirs by the way). Any reputable company must accept that there will be times when they get it wrong but not this one it seems.
As a postscript to this by the way, if you find yourself with one of their watches with a similar fault you might be able to help yourself. The movement in mine is a Miyota 2035 and they cost about £4.50 from eBay etc. With the help of a couple of YouTube videos I was able to change the movement and all is well. I imagine a watch repair shop would do it for a reasonable cost. The watches are very attractive, but far better when they work!

My experience with this company is the same as Noel's. Same response and no response to my last two emails. Very disappointed.
