I placed an order for the multiple watch offer on 10th January I received an e-mail confirming receipt of the order on 12th January. Current date is 18th March and although the credit card payment was taken almost immediately I still do not have the watches. Multiple follow ups were carried out by me.
My last contact from them dated 2nd March is as follows: "Thank you for taking the time to reach out and touch base on your order. Don't worry, I will see this through to delivery and make sure that you are all taken care of.
Good news, however, I have just checked on your order and it looks like it is preparing for shipment as we speak!
Orders of this status are our top priority. We have not forgotten about you. We were just waiting for our production team to prepare this order for you, but now it is showing it can be shipped. Once fulfillment gets to your spot in the queue it will be out the door. You will be receiving a shipment confirmation email as soon as this ships out. You will not be waiting much longer at all for your order!
If you haven't received an update on your shipment by this time next week, please reach back out and I will escalate this to management for you. This is not likely, but I would just like to assure you that we have you covered in any case.
Thank you for your support and continued patience"

Multiple attempts to contact since then have elicited no response.

Apparently not a scam but I can't say the watches were worth the 'pre sale' price. Also the returns policy is ridiculous- they will consider if a refund is to be made before you return an item. I returned a watch unopened expecting a refund but was told it was not possible as I had not followed procedure - then to be told to have a great day. This despite the watch being sent recorded delivery and I have verified delivery. I have not even had the watch back. Now the company seems to have disappeared.

I Recieved all five watches i ordered today only one week late. I am so impressed I'm given design by wood five stars. This is not a scam so just have a little patience and your order will turn up. Thank you designbywood.

Half my order arrived, long after I'd asked to cancel, and still no response from their support. Depending on your luck, you may get what you paid for.

My impression is this is a scam, and they are trying to delay credit card chargebacks by posting fake positive reviews. If my order does eventually show up I'll update this review, but right now everything about this says to me it's a scam.

I have read the previous reviews AFTER I ordered. It is NOT a scam...phew...though I understand why many might think it could be.

It took 5 weeks for my three watches to arrive, not 1 to 3. I do think the email correspondence was genuine. When I got the link to verify the Royal Mail number, admittedly I still was not convinced, as it only shows delivery status when actually "on the way". BUT the watches arrived today and they are excellent quality.

So if you are reading this..yes do get in touch with them, I dare say they have had a mass of orders for Christmas, but obviously if it gets to 6 weeks and nothing has arrived, then do demand a Royal Mail postal reference if you have had it already.

BUT they are QUALITY watches. So give them 5 weeks from order first.

I ordered 5 watches and later, after about 5 weeks, I left a review on here suspecting, like others, that this deal was a scam.
I'm delighted to say that it is not.
The watches arrived today - 8 weeks after ordering, and with much chasing on my part (every chase e-mail was answered promptly I have to say).
They are beautifully packed and presented, each one in it's own box,with cushion, spare links and fitting tool.
All in all, a really good buy.
So,the watchword is,be patient, they really are worth the wait ! 😄

Much like everybody else but my delivery eventually arrived today. Very happy with the watches but did take 7 weeks to arrive. To be fair to them they answered all my emails chasing them and rang back when I called them. Reading between the lines the watches are made in China and they are shipping them on so they probably don't have much control on when they ship. Still, they were worth the wait when they eventually arrived.

I had to chase the support email a couple of times for an update but the watch finally came today and it’s really nice and a handy tool with it for removing links. Wish I’d ordered a second one now :(

Goods finally arrived. The quality of the watches is good and for the discounted price paid they represent great value for money. However, I dont think they were worthy of the original advertised price.
It is a great pity that the overall experience has been let down by appalling distribution. I initially rated 1 but would have rated 4 if the watches had arrived in time. Overall I have changed my review to 3.

Same story as so many others. I ordered 5 watches on 6th October because I felt sorry that the company were closing and I thought the watches would make unique Christmas gifts. A flurry of emails followed trying to sell more but no update on shipping. After 3 weeks I raised a query and got what looked like an automated reply. Several follow up emails were sent including one cancelling the order and requesting a refund. The cancellation email prompted a response by phone on 13th November in which I was reassured they would update me no later than Monday 16th, needless to say I'm still awaiting that update; however, I did get an email today stating that my order was "top priority" and that "once fulfilment gets to your spot in the queue it will be out the door" but ended with "If you haven't received an update on your shipment by this time next week, please reach back out and I will escalate this to management for you" which is most disappointing. I will give it this week then I'll simply ask my card provider to raise a chargeback.

After more than 5 weeks of receiving delivery updates and empty promises I finally decided to cancel the order. An immediate email reply was received confirming cancellation and that my monies had been refunded to my credit card. That was 9 days ago and CC account still showing no record of the refund.

Its not a scam, but they do take their time. I too got sold by an Instagram ad, I emailed twice about where my order was and they replied twice. Took 4 weeks instead of 1-3, but my watch arrived yesterday. Its quite nice too. I don't think negative reviews will help as the company has closed, which you know if you have ordered a watch

6 weeks and nothing. Loads of automated emails making promises. Asked for a named contact to escalate complaint, and nothing. Raised dispute with CC company as money taken from account day order was placed.

Looking at these reviews i must have been lucky, ok 4 weeks instead of 3 but my watch arrived today and im very happy with it.

I'm another one that fell for this scam. Now over a month in and not received my order. Requested a refund but I guess it'll will have to come by way of chargeback via my cc. Should have been more savvy and checked it out further rather than trusting a Facebook ad. Heyho! You live and learn........

UPDATE - I received my watch this morning! So it wasn't a scam, and I will change my rating from one to 3.

Same problem as everyone else. I was willing to risk it for what looked like a great watch, but it was a mistake. No watch yet, so I've asked for a refund. I wonder if the bot will reply?

Like everyone here I believed scam, as my review originally said, but I received watches today just over 5 weeks after ordering! I am very happy with them and would urge others to wait a bit longer. Email responses certainly seem like bot, but maybe that is because closed down other than shipping. I've adjusted from 1 to 4 a stars to reflect quality and price, but with delayed delivery. Good luck all.

This is a scam. The watches have not been sent out in over a month despite reassurances that they are just a week away from shipping for the past two weeks. All emails seem generated by bots, although with just enough detail to appear convincing. Attempts to contact the phone number on the website have been unsuccessful. Not holding out much hope for my refund,

Scam website - facebook advert saying going out of business so their bespoke watches are being sold off cheap. Then an email saying the watch is being custom made and will be 1-3 weeks. At 3 weeks an email saying just one more week. At 4 weeks I requested refund and it's not happened. A very convincing website and I'm annoyed I fell for this con

EDIT : i got a charge back from my CC company by providing a print of the 'bot' and this link showing so many others had been scammed. good luck

This seemed like an utter scam, but I got the watches 10 weeks after they said I would.

They said I would receive notification of my order being despatched within 3 weeks. I emailed them after three weeks, then 4 weeks, then 4.5 weeks, then daily. They do reply saying I'll hear soon, but it's always in a few days, in a few days. I finally gave up, then a couple of months later the watches suddenly arrived.

I really like two of them, but the others are much bulkier than they look on the website, so not really my taste.
