Bought a watch for my son’s Christmas present, I had missed putting in the discount code that was on offer at the time, even though I had already purchased I got an immediate response from the email I sent on a Sunday to say I would be credited with discount. Watch arrived within a day. Fab service, fab company highly recommend!

I ordered 3 watches for my daughter to pick from for her birthday, they arrived quickly and safely and she chose the one she wanted. The customer services were excellent they explained how to return the other 2 watches and processed my return very quickly. Excellent friendly service.

I live in Melbourne Australia & I bought a particular Calvin Klein watch from Designer Posh Watches, Cleveland London - everywhere else I tried to buy this particular watch either had no stock or did not deliver to Australia - anyway I had the best customer service from Designer Posh Watches any email sent to them was promptly attended to (thanks Claire) & I received my watch today which I ordered 3 weeks ago - 3 weeks from London to Melbourne & to me (@ their expense it was a DHL Express delivery) how good is that even during this Covid pandemic & the watch is even nicer than I thought it would be thanks Designer Posh Watches cheers from Maria
