Great communication. The watch I ordered was going to take 5-10 working days & so because I'd paid for express delivery, I was offered a refund on the delivery or an upgraded watch next day delivery at no extra cost. The more expensive watch came the following day as promised & looks beautiful.

Was a bit cautious when I first heard about Designer Posh Watches, offering the premium product that I was after at a bargain price. This just seemed too good to be true. I searched through many excellent reviews and spoke to their customer services at great length, before making my purchase. My watch was ordered, it was an excellent price with a further 5% off, a further bonus for me. I was told that it might take 5 to 10 working days to arrive. In fact from order to receipt was under a week.
This company is excellent, friendly customer services and lightning fast reply to emailed queries. Genuine authentic watches with great savings. Buy with confidence, thank you for a great experience

Amazing customer service! Very good communication. My box was damaged by the courier, Designer posh watches sent out a new box the next day.
