Ordered a Trapstar Jacket in October. Long Processing. I immediately sent the jacket back unworn, insured with all Tags. I‘ve Been waiting for my refund for weeks now. Seller does not respond to e-mails, Paypal Gas been notified. Stay away from this Online Shop! Lawyer hired.

I have placed an order with this company over 3 weeks and have yet to receive an update they do not respond to email or chat despite numerous attempts. I have now raised a dispute on the payment as they have taken £220 and delivered nothing. Do not be tempted by the sote

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order and still haven’t got any updates what so ever keep messaging them and they won’t reply but there quick to reply wen ur asking about ordering an item, I’ve requested a refund and again still don’t get a response not sure where to take it next as this is a £400 coat I’m talking about

Ordered a Trapstar puffer waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive for them to say it’s been damaged at a warehouse which I don’t believe, then said they’ll get a replacement and didn’t, the replies are atrocious, I requested a refund I got an email saying my moneys been refunded and there’s no money gone into my bank account, I highly do not recommend this website it is a fat SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

Unfortunately we had some stock issues which led to us not being able to fulfill your order in time. We offered some alternative options but you chose to have a refund which has now been processed. Please be aware once a refund is processed it does take 7-10 business working days for the money to show back into your original method of payment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE- THEY HAVE NO PRODUCT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT
This is not a professional company with a sufficient customer service department. Have been emailing for a week to the help email they provide, and getting zero response. After seeing how many other people this happened to, I’m feeling really scammed. They ignore all emails and then get back a week later, after I had to chase them down with the number listed here, and then give some excuse/lie about the product they outsourced, turning up to them damaged / they have been looking for a replacement- blah blah. Then when I ask for a refund ASAP, all goes quiet again. Jokers. Go to a professional, reputable website as you will waste time and money with this one
