This company is a complete scam! I purchased almost $500 shoes from them about a month ago and never received them. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response! I’ve been saving up that money for so long, I’m just so sad about it.

We do apologise for the delay here. Unfortunately we became overwhelmed with a large influx of orders over the Christmas period which led to unprecedented delays to certain orders.
A refund was processed due to stock discrepancies, you should have received your money back within your original payment methods account.

We do apologise for the delay here. Unfortunately we became overwhelmed with a large influx of orders over the Christmas period which led to unprecedented delays to certain orders.
This in combination of the postal strikes led to delays of stock arriving and being dispatched from our warehouses.
As mentioned to you in our last email, we can dispatch an alternative model with express delivery or we can process a full refund upon request. We have yet to hear a reply from you so we look forward to this so we can rectify this situation.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused. As a small business we are ensuring we are more prepared for the next busy period and that orders are fulfilled within the given time period.

Still waiting on trainers I ordered a week ago. Sent several messages and no response and now a week later got the usual email saying stock damaged in warehouse and they have sourced another pair to be sent ASAP! Now had an email saying they have refunded my money. Just all pure lies
Would not use them again. Use LACED they are much more professional and the goods actually arrive.
Can I ask people who have received goods - are they fake or genuine?

I am so disappointed with this service - ordered on the 13th of December a pair of air Jordan's for my daughter. Yet to receive the items or any response from the numerous emails I have sent. I started to feel like I have been scammed and after reading the reviews looks like I most definitely have!

Do not order from this site. They say they dispatch within 3-5 working days - I’ve been waiting 8 & still my order is still not dispatched. They say they respond to emails within 48 hours - I’ve been waiting 78 & still no response. There is no phone number or website chat line. Appalling customer service.
