The phone case is amazing, even after my own little mess up. One of your employees was brilliant about the whole thing! Customer service was great, i’d made a mistake on phone model and let them know this and asked if i could order a new one and straight away he helped and even gave me a tiny discount to help out!

So quick and easy to design it yourself! And for anyone with little money it’s not that expensive either!

It was an amazing mother’s day gift!

Everything worked very smoothly and the case was delivered quickly looking exactly how we'd hoped (better, even!)

Needed a new phone case as old one did not fit my new phone. Found Design my Case online chose a photo of myself and my late husband at the Trevi Fountain in Rome which fitted perfectly. It also means I have a wonderful memory I see every day. Everything was so easy to do and case arrived really fast. Would thoroughly recommend

Case arrived quickly. I had some issues with my order and requested a refund. I was a little disappointed with the time it took to resolve the matter, but it was sorted.

I ordered a phone case I have absolutely no issues with at all, but I separately ordered a screen cover on 8th April which I have still not received. When I track on their website they are currently making the item! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I have sent emails, tried live chat... which is a joke as there's no one to chat too, and like others have discovered that their phone number is not available. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Purchased a personalised phone case and pop socket for my daughter for Christmas. With a month the phone case was unusable as the back had started to peel off from the corner and the photo of our dog on the pop socket fell off.
I had to email twice to get a response and was told to send some photos of the damage which I sent right away. No response. So emailed again 6 days later and was told they are awaiting a response from management and they aren’t sure how both items are in this condition in such a short time, and that the response should be in 24-48 hours. That was on 20th Feb. I’m still awaiting the response 😅
Kind of feel like I’m being blamed for the damage. Not great customer service.

I thought I had an issue with my faux leather Galaxy S23 phone wallet from Design My Case. However, it was my mistake and the chat facility was patient and helpful with this old codger and resolved the issue. Very happy with wallet and the quality of the printed photograph. I recommend it.

I wanted a special phone case made with my special little dog on it, I searched Google and chose Design my case thank god I did, It's perfect 👌 and I've got my little boy back with me all the time! Absolutely 💯 perfect Thankyou DMC, I've passed your details on to all family and friends

Absolute scammers!! Wish I'd read the reviews before buying a case with them. Still hasn't arrived and I can't speak to anyone at their "customer service" as they ignore the live chat and emails. Phone number doesn't work. Absolute joke. Will be claiming my money back through PayPal.

I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The print quality is terrible—blurry, poorly defined, and clearly low standard. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they didn’t respond despite multiple attempts. Moreover, the mobile number listed on their website doesn’t connect anywhere. A frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this at all.

The product was packaged correctly for safe delivery. The case was good quality and the chosen design was as requested. Definitely reccomend. Thanks

Received my order which had some errors on it. I contacted customer service and sent photo evidence on 17th December and Im still waiting on them to respond, despite several chasers. Avoid!!!!

Order received in the timescale but it was of very poor quality. Not happy with it I have contacted the company via live chat, email and Facebook message. They never got back to me. Shocking customer service, go and buy a phone case someone else. What a waste of money

No confirmation email...took my money via PayPal. Now they don't answer the phone which is just a Vodafone mobile number and they don't answer live chat...I would swerve this company bug time. No phone case for Xmas.. thanks!

Bought a new case but the top was missing part of the design. Checked the order photo and it was correct but case didn't match. Tried to contact twice but no response. Disappointing

Easy to use interface, wide selection of phone models to choose from, interactive and collaborative tool to apply designs, excellent quality print result all at a fair price - very happy and would definitely use again!

Easy to use website to personalise the phone case and quick and speedy turnaround- very happy with the case - it’s a great Xmas present.
