Everything except the legislated bull…
Everything except the legislated bull that you have to listen to in the recordings before you are put on hold and again when you eventually get through to someone. I appreciate it's the FCA that insists on this stuff, but implementation is down to the individual companies and some do it better than others.

Had to fill my banking account 4times
Had to fill my banking account details 4 times Also thay took my money and told me that my account details were wrong. How could that happen if you have my money. Very poor service will definitely not use again
