Aaron just sorted out my full refund. No hidden charges. No fuss. The company is the cheapest and best by far. The phone was answered immediately. Aaron spoke beautifully and was so polite and charming, wishing me a beautiful day and everything was done and dealt with in 2 minutes. All insurance companies are not created equal (sadly) 5 big gold stars from me.

The lady that delt with the transaction was really helpful and sorted me out eave with the bike not coming up on the system, she managed to sort my insurance out

No discount for passing advanced test…
I had to call up when I got my renewal to update the value of my bike and let them know I’d passed my advanced test. I was surprised this increased my renewal. The person I spoke to then took about ten minutes getting it back to the original quote. I was expecting it to come down.
