From start to finish I cannot fault this place. I originally bought an engagement ring with Lucie and she couldn't have been more helpful.
It was a no brainer for me and my partner to go back for the wedding bands and we were guided through it all with Brianna and we were both made to feel comfortable throughout.
I have and will continue to recommend Diamonds Factory to anyone who is in the market for wedding and engagement rings. 10/10

Dimond Factory really saved my proposal. I had a horrible experience with other company, end up i made a refund and i had to find somebody else. I decided to try it with DF and I ordered ring 16.12.2025. Thay confirm order 22.12( it's a usual operational time for tham as i understan), 12.01 i already receive it🙌. I'm saying Thank you to all team of DF for quick and professional work!
I ordered it in Powerscourt Townhouse Centre in Dublin and this guys explained me all options and unsered all my questions, i really appreciate it

Janaina is wonderfully professional and made the whole process of designing and choosing the perfect ring so easy and personal. We were given plenty of time and never felt rushed and Janaina's knowledge made it all so easy. The ring arrived before Christmas and is absolutely perfect. We visited the Diamond Factory in Limerick city in early December. I was looking for an eternity ring .we met a lovely lady called Jemima she was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. She had a lot of knowledge when it came to diamonds. After I finally picked out my eternal ring we placed the order and had it just before Christmas. I would recommend the Diamond Factory to my family and friends.

Recently met with Janaina from the get go she made the process very simple with how professional she is. I was recommended this lady by a friend. She also made sure I would have the ring for Christmas when all other jewelers I went to said the ring i wanted made wouldn't be made in the time frame I needed.
