There had been a small issue with delivery times, but it was communicated right away, and I was kept informed right up to the point the dice were dispatched.

beautiful dice
Bought the malachite dice for my husband for christmas and they are stunning! roll really nicely. Also had to get some of the witcher ones for myself! Delivery was quick, especially so close to christmas. Will definitely be ordering again

Dice Roll products are simply brilliant - but more amazing is Karl's customer service - a rare quality these days. We live abroad and Karl was helpful when we made a mistake on the order and checked on delivery options. Can't recommend them more for your DnD needs.

A good company to deal with.
A good company to deal with even if it took ages to finally get hold of the dice ordered.
This was not the fault of Dice Roll and was outside their control. I had contact from Karl who kept it touch until their product was received. Excellent customer service.
Very happy indeed.

I ordered a dice as a last minute Christmas gift. It turned up exactly when promised and was packaged very well. It was a lovely well made dice and my daughters boyfriend loved it and the dragon detail on the inside.
