Insulation Scam?
Any company, or person, that masks it’s true location using VoIP technology isn’t to be trusted.
I’ve since had a email from DIDWW asking for more information to check my review is genuine - think about it! There is a template provided with my email address already embedded (the URL suggests it’s via Trustpilot) and then DIDWW want to know a reference number - who gets a reference number when they think they’re being scammed! DIDWW want to know a full name - who hangs around on the phone asking the scammer for a full name and inside leg measurements. Anyone who’s watched Scam Interceptors has heard an obvious Indian voice from someone called John Smith! DIDWW then ask for a phone number but don’t say the phone number they want - they are a technology company! How do I know that template, poor that it is, isn’t also dodgy. Anyhow DIDWW, I had a call from a Banbury number 01295 570886 and I didn’t get as far as speaking to ‘John Smith’. My understanding of VoIP technology is it has SIP technology embedded into VoIP, and SIP is easily hijacked. On receiving the ‘Banbury’ phone call I done some checks, as everyone that receives an unsolicited phone call should do - this led me to writing the review that I did, that is to warn others to be careful. I would suggest that you, DIDWW, have a problem with your technology, otherwise let me think alternatively - my review is totally genuine and represents me doing some research of what was put before me and which made me suspicious.

Scam email asking me to ring 01226 652017 supposedly to pay an invoice for a Fiit subscription that I don’t have. This number is registered to DIDWW Ireland. Do not trust!

Website promised sms in and out services. User has to sign up to find pricing and payment request of $30 for "credits". I couldn't find the section of SMS verification inside the software so I contacted customer service. Very pragmatic customer service indicated they do not offer SMS verification services. I wasted $30 + 1 hour of my time.

Multiple silent calls from this organisation
When we receive nuisance calls on our VoIP land line at home, we take action. We do our best to reduce them by subscribing to the Telephone Preference Service and reporting junk calls to OfCom and our ISP.
In the summer of 2024 our land line was plagued with multiple silent calls from different numbers associated with DIDWW Ireland Limited. As far as we can tell, they provide telecoms services. They may therefore lack control over how those services are used. We understand it may be complicated. Our position is the calls which we traced back to their organisation caused disruption, stress and worry to our household. We did write to them about it. And as per usual, we reported the nuisance calls to our ISP and to OfCom.
On 10.06.2024, we also posted a brief, honest account of our experience on Trustpilot, which was taken down. We looked at the review and could not see any violations of their terms of service, so we wrote to them to complain our review had been unfairly taken down.
A few months later the review was reinstated by Trustpilot. They said they could not find any problems with it and it was back online. Now, less than two weeks later, we have received a message from Trustpilot saying DIDWW demand more details, or our review will be taken down again. We have also been asked to provide our telephone number.
We do not wish to provide either Trustpilot or DIDWW any of our personal information. We believe DIDWW is aggressively pursuing a complaint against us with Trustpilot, with some success. We hope the moderators of reviews on this website will take this edited review as an honest account of the facts, leave our comments up on their website and stop bowing to pressure from DIDWW to remove it.

Earn model at the expense of my privacy.
I received a call from this number today:
+46290949661
As I live in the Netherlands and have no relatives or acquaintances in Sweden, I did not answer the phone as a matter of course.
Consulted Google search to find out what this number belonged to.
Turns out to be a purchased voice over IP number from the company DIDWW from Ireland.
Looked up website to unsubscribe for all numbers provided by them.
Have to leave my goddamn email address and phone number.
Hence, I reported the above phone number as SPAM.

Warning! To place a complain of spam calls, you need to give up your full name, mail adress and phone number. Probably just to give then opportunity to sell even those to o spammers and scammers. That last few days I've got 7 calls from their service numbers. All scammers.

I have been receiving fraudulent calls…
I have been receiving fraudulent calls from a number registered to DDIW from 08Nov to today, 20Nov, calling 2 or 3 times a day and now 4 times. i have reported them to BT and OfCom, I have also reported to the who-called website.
It would appear that this company provides telephone services, and as shown in the other reviews, clearly knowingly for the purpose of fraud. The company DDIW Ireland Limited has already been formally Warned by the Australian Communications and Media Authority for breaching Telecommunications law.
Their shareholders; EDWIN TEREK, ALEX PRITSERT, LINA ZABORAS & AMIR BEN ASHER should be taking far greater efforts to better manage their company and ensure/guarantee end-user identification of those who they are providing with access to their services - at the very least this would allow their potential/victims and those illegally harrassed by their service to take (legal) action directly against the offenders: it is the duty of the company's directors (and shareholders) to protect against illegal use of their services.
