I was interested by the comments about this phone number provider and paid for 3 month fee and statrted installation. than saw the number they autamatically gave me that i have not chosen.
ok than installation process and its documentation is so frustrated it took around 6 hours and documentation and dashboard it differs from each other. at the end when i was setting up sms sending here it comes hidden setup fee is monthly USD 25
when it was shown on free installation USD 0.02 for calls and messages i have chosed at list USD 5 so the call and sms will be free. Guys do not get involve with this also their free version calling zephier soft it is kind of from encient like years 2000's.
And now i have sent email to refund my money so i might chose correct one to engage with customers. I really dont recomend this for business even for personal use.

25/03/2021 But in 1 day I got my refund I would recomend to this company to make clear all the payments while hiding payment inside the long hour setup. Also I hope their are going to make their own phone app with all sms included

This company are persistant cold callers who hang up as soon as you answer. BLOCKED Their number and they still call weekly. The number calling me is 0161 394 0235

Cold called for "energy advice" by 0121 790 0596.
The website I checked the number on said calls from it had started on 12 March and it had been looked up 422 times. It further stated This phone block 121790 is operated by DIDWW Ireland Limited.

+443300272880 spam calls keeps calling from similar numbers really distressing please stop allowing your service to be used like this breech of TPS.Ongoimg for over a week! Over 55 calls showing as 030027 then similar endings all showing as owned by DIDWW. Called some back dead number or asks me to press 5 clearly scammers really sick of this

020376951912 Yet another spam call via this company even though I have subscribed to the TPS service for many years and only give my number to companies that I can tick to say number will not be passed on to 3rd parties. DIDWW please get this number and company shut down. If I continue to receive spam calls via DIDWW I will refer it to OFCOM and OFTEL as well as my solicitor.

Received a call from 0203 769 4114, which is provided by this company. The caller breached the TPS rules as I have had my number registered with them for many years. This type of call happens far too often.
I phoned this number on my mobile and I got back through and their automated message is odd. DDIW asked me for further information at the time of my review and I sent it. I had checked on one of the internet sites that shows who called and sent a copy of the information. On 28 Feb Trust Pilot asked me for more information and I replied but I already send more direct to DDIW just after my review.

Just received an unsolicited call from someone who uses your services. Number was 01227 943077, a Canterbury code.
No message left etc. Bloody nuisance at best.

Used by scammmers!

I have been get spam calls at least 8 times a day for the last 2 months and every number leads to this service!

Annoying!!

We have used their service for years. Recently we requested a few mobile numbers and the reply was negative because our number had been used for fraud and we had not, according to DIDWW, replied to that case. However, the content of my reply is below.

"Referring to the phone number in question, the single complaint on a random website you have found online predates the allocation of this phone number to my company. Please don't allocate us phone numbers that have been linked to dodgy activity and then accuse us of said activity.'

If they truly considered us a risk why would they continue to allow us to use their services?! What does that say about DIDWW...

Their mentality is wrong, poor attitude, unprofessional. We are taking our (4.6* on trustpilot) business elsewhere.

Message to DIDWW - Why do you only reply to your 4*+ reviews? I urge you to acknowledge all reviews.

In reply, to you - we do not conduct in any such activities as accused, nor have you presented any evidence any kind.

wavecrest have told me that didww.com are responsible for the spam calls from these two numbers 02080895102 and 02038076376 are both directly linked to them they own the numbers there no getting out of it didww.com are scammers and also loads of mobile numbers i have blocked from them too

Getting a lot of Spam calls from numbers operated by this company. They really need to set better business customer checks and compliance before selling numbers to new businesses that are abusing this service.
