Item never received
I purchased shoes on September 6, 2023 and have yet to receive them. Apparently they were shipped through ups so when I contacted Dihsan they needed to file a claim with ups, they blew me off and really didn’t care. It was very upsetting so I just did a charge back on my card. I suspect it’s a scam. That has NEVER happened to me.

Your order was shipped within two days of it being placed, however, our efforts fell short as UPS confirmed that your package was lost in transit. I completely understand how disappointing it can be when a package you've been eagerly anticipating goes missing.
Unfortunately, our courier partner failed to contact us successfully regarding the incident, and it wasn’t brought to our attention until a claim with the credit card company was started. We’re glad it was because it allowed us to immediately investigate further. I want to assure you that we take incidents like this very seriously, and we are still actively investigating the matter with our courier partner to understand the circumstances surrounding the loss of your package.
Regardless of that outcome, we have issued you a full refund for your purchase. We acknowledge that where we fell short as a company was ensuring that your order did indeed reach you successfully and we deeply regret the amount of time that passed between your order being placed and the time action was taken to correct this.
While we cannot undo what has happened, we are working with our courier partners to review their shipping and handling procedures to ensure we are adequately informed to help prevent similar issues in the future. Unreal prices! Amazing products!
Always stuck for something to get my girlfriend when I feel like spoiling her. Went to this new site and found a lot of really unique designer stuff that no-one else seems to have at unbelievable prices. Ordered a REALLY nice dress, shipping was super fast and my girlfriend was blown away. I don't normally write these but had to share because these products and prices are rare finds. Hope it helps someone out there.
