Poor quality items & poor communication. I had ordered from VE previously and loved what I ordered - great quality & presentation, but something is very different now. Buyer beware!!

PS - I ordered 3 items & only received 2 and reached out to VE twice with no response. Ended up just disputing with my credit card company. Stay away!!

My most recent order clearly came straight from China. The packaging was cheap, plastic envelopes and the stones are not even set well. The quality looks terrible and they are too big, even when I ordered a small.

This is an awful company I was a good customer until I ordered on this last time Their going out of business sale and I ordered and still have not gotten my order I have reached out and they won’t return my message sorry company

The quality of your product has declined greatly. I will not re-order.

This was cheap knock off jewelry. It broke after one wear. It was missing the Victoria Emerson name. Cheap Chinese junk jewelry

Why did I get a used ring?
It showed signs of use, scratched on the bottom of ring.

Quality of last ship.ent looked like Temu junk.

This company posted on Instagram about the government being unlawful over the ICE shooting. They lost over a thousand customers in less than 25 minutes so they took the post down. Now rather than having a backbone they just block people from exposing them. Stand behind what you did rather than run and hide. Garbage company.

I ordered two pairs of earrings during the Final Sale promotion. One arrived broken and other design, while very pretty, did not sit correctly on my earlobes. I figured since they were going out of business, it was my loss. But they still appear to be in business. Items were shipped in a bubble wrap envelope without a box, so there was no protection. Don't waste your money with this vendor.

all my items are not from Victoria Emmerson at all, and I am not happy. They all came from China, and they are not at all what were shown and described on the website. I do not recommend buying anything from them anymore. As a long term customer I asked them about it as I was concerned and told them if it wasn't their stuff, I didn't want it, on a order I just placed, and they just charged me for it all, and shipped it all, then told me some of it was from them and some of it was from their business partners. I am not happy. Not good at all.

I was so excited when I found out they were on a sale. I had heard about this from an influencer. I am so happy I got my hands on the cute pretty jewelry. I had been wanting to try the jewelry. They are so dainty.

Disappointed with the plastic bag the wrap bracelet came in. I was given a bracelet at a gift a few years ago and it came in a cloth bag. The plastic pouch in my order made the bracelet, which was a gift, look cheap

I was impressed with my purchase with the lion ring it led me down a path of other items. When those items arrived I was even more impressed with the quality of the rings, bracelet and earrings. The color of the gold is a hard find for me. I think I found my go to place for my jewelry now. It brings comfort to me. In addition, all the compliments received brought joy to me!!
