I purchased from DSD for the first time…
I purchased from DSD for the first time this weekend. The chicken goujons were far superior to the ones I’ve brought from the supermarket. The chicken was delightfully moist and the breadcrumbs were the perfect accompaniment!
I’ve yet to try the steaks, however when I explained to Marius that I’m not the worlds best cook, he took the time to explain how to prep and cook them and specifically in the air fryer which is what I mainly use. Marius even suggested a particular wine to go with the steaks.
Fantastic service, went over and above,
100% recommend both the food and Marius for knowledge of the food and his advice.

We’re really pleased the chicken goujons hit the mark. Moist chicken and proper, crispy breadcrumbs should be standard, not a pleasant surprise, but here we are. Glad they impressed.
It’s also great to hear that Marius took the time to walk you through cooking the steaks, especially for the air fryer. Not everyone admits they’re “not the world’s best cook,” so fair play for that. A good product is one thing, but clear, practical advice and even a wine suggestion is what proper service looks like.
We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Marius. He’ll be chuffed to know his guidance made the difference.

Delicious salmon
We regularly buy salmon from Andy 1542 at Dining Solutions. It is absolutely delicious, much nicer than any we’ve had from supermarkets, and Andy goes above and beyond in terms of service - he is always very helpful.

Andy 1542 has been delivering to us for about 6 years now. He supported us through Covid which cut down on the number of supermarket visits. He is friendly and lets us know if there are any offers. We buy from him because the quality is good and it’s very handy to have quality fish in the freezer to use as and when needed. I would recommend giving dining solutions a try

Best career I've ever had.
I started with Dining Solutions in November 2024. And in that time have picked up a superb and loyal customer base.
This job only suits those prepared to get off their backsides and knock some doors. I come across people every day who have never heard about us and are amazed when they first of all look at the food and then try it.
I have customers in a wide area focusing on different areas at different times. Am also proud to be part of the national trainers program introducing new recruits to what can be a fantastic opportunity IF THEY WISH TO GRAB IT.
There is constant support from management and colleagues to help people develop. I am looking forward to continuing my drive into management with DSD with the help of my depot manager on a daily basis, and chats with the other managers in the group.
I would like DSD to become a national name spoken about in the same context as all other premium brands. And I tailor my customer service to try and replicate that.
Of course we eat the food ourselves pretty much daily too. When people say there are only 2 of us, well there are three of us and we go through quite a bit as we don't want the rubbish at the Supermarket anymore.

Chris (1231) has delivered excellent quality food to us for many years. We have our favourites and Chris is are of these and can ensure he has them available. He provides an excellent service. Although the products are quite expensive, they are very tasty and useful to have in the freezer for meals that are easy to prepare.

The food is fantastic
The food is fantastic, I'm currently dieting and bodybuilding and have seen a stark difference in my overall health, fitness and mental clarity ever since eating the food provided. Not processed, not jammed full of chemicals or water, just simple good food.
Graham (1356) is also a lovely bloke and brings a smile to our faces every time we see him, he remembers what we like and clearly cares about his customers

Quality is exceptional! This is restaurant standard food in your freezer ready to go at a fraction of restaurant prices. I can personally recommend the fishcakes!! Once there is some room in my freezer I’ll be back for more.

Chris 1231 knocked on our door over 10 years ago and we are very pleased that he did. We have enjoyed DSD products ever since. The quality of everything we have purchased has been excellent and we look forward to receiving a visit from Chris now that we are unable to get out and about. Christmas would be very disappointing without the excellent flavour of our DSD turkey breast and indeed when we were doing Christmas for a large family and dinner parties quite regularly I relied on the quality and range of DSD to take most of the stress out of entertaining. The food was easy to cook with much of the time consuming work already done for example in dishes like beef wellington and prepared chicken dishes. Now that our appetites are smaller we find one portion sufficient for us both but we still know that we will enjoy our meal. Although more expensive, the items are delivered to the door, their quality is reliable and excellent and there is no waste.

And you’re absolutely right about Christmas, the turkey breast is a favourite for a reason. It’s brilliant to know DSD helped take the stress out of hosting when you were feeding a bigger crowd too, with things like the beef wellington and prepared chicken dishes making it that bit easier.

Great food and service
The food I have ordered be it meat or fish has always been of the highest quality.
It is a little more expensive than the main supermarkets but the quality makes it worth the money.
Andy 1524 is great and always manages to get to me when I need to order again. He’s very friendly and we often have a good chat.

We've been a customer for several years now. Chris 1231 has been providing us with an excellent, friendly service. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
Food is top quality and reasonably priced.
Would be nice if the boxes could be slightly smaller as there are only the 2 of us. Apart from that the food and service are excellent.
