Fast efficient service quality merchandise.

We placed and order on 23 September for some gutter clips, & bends. Everything showed as in stock and we paid £8+ for courier delivery on about £60 of bits. Today is 16th October. Despite three phone calls, in which they explained that because they have a new stock system, things show as “IN STOCK” on their website when they are not. When they say they will call back to update you, they don’t. AVOID if you actually need what they say they have!

Great value, delivered on date as advised when placing order with acceptable delivery charge.
No reservations about using same supplier again

Just went on line. Ordering was easy. Had everything that I required for my project at a very good price. I was kept updated about delivery which was quick so not one problem arose throughout the whole ordering process. The items are top quality and fitted easily. Thoroughly recommend.

bad communication wrong item send and never answer on my email regard the issue and not fixed so very disappointed nk more buying from tham

Item delivered clearly damaged and just dumped on driveway without attempting to obtain a signature, unwilling to exchange after numerous attempts and returning item to GAP

The price was great especially considering that I didn't have to leave the house to get the item.
Delivered on the day as stated in good condition by nice, friendly delivery guy.
Would have been 5 stars if I had been kept updated about my delivery but when I contacted Direct Plastics to confirm delivery details, they emailed me back straight away.

Could have sworn i ordered 90 degree Square Fascia Corners, however 135 have been sent. The website won’t let me in to check

Order never arrived on the day specified and told it was due out of stock for 1 item they gave me another date but I was on holiday, which I told them but they still delivered and left it all outside.
Instructions to call before delivery but they didn’t as if they did I would have had someone to meet the driver.
Since the delivery I discovered I ordered 2 items in the wrong colour they said they can take them back with a 20% charge to put the items back in stock!
So the cost to send back and 20% on top then reorder the correct items then new delivery costs not worth using them.
Shame as competitive pricing but there loss as we can use other suppliers

Good products at reasonable prices. The ordering process was easy. Exceptionally quick delivery, my items were ordered on a Friday afternoon and were delivered on Monday morning. The only problem was that I was not expecting them until the following Friday as I knew I would not be home on during the early part of the week. Luckily the driver was able to leave them on our drive.

Delivery was very slow (10 days), however, I can forgive the wait because the prices and delivery costs were relativey low. I would have liked some communication about the reason for the long wait for my order to be processed, and to reassure me that it would be processed soon. I almost canceled the order, after 9 days and no updates. Now I'm glad I didn't, because the goods arrived, out of the blue, the following day.

Easy to find exactly what I needed

My order was missing two items. After weeks of trying to chase up for either delivery of the items or a refund they are simply not responding. They have taken my money and not delivered the items. Luckily the items were not too expensive, otherwise I would have to pursue it further. Do not trust this company.

The service was great(they changed my order at last min due to my error) with no fuss!! The delivery was very quick as well! Would recommend to anyone.

I can’t review the product as I haven’t received it yet but I can review the service which is awful. They claim to make deliveries between 4-7 days, it’s now 12 days since I placed and order for ceiling and wall panels. I received an email stating that the local store didn’t have the stock and they would make a store to store transfer but no further contact so I called the local store (Dartford) and was told that someone would call me back with an update. They didn’t bother to call me back so I called them again and spoke to the same person who said that I was on their list to be routed and that she would call me back but that didn’t happen either. I called again today to be told that my delivery will not arrive for another 4 days. I assuming it arrives, which I am not confident about, it will be 16 days to get a simple order to me. If I had know this, I would have purchased from one of the many suppliers of pvc panels that are available.
