Delivery went very smoothly, the new guttering and soffits are great quality it’s completely transformed my house. I ordered too much of the soffit joining strip, they collected and refunded with no issues at all.. great products, great quality and the customer service is second to none.. customer service advisor Caroline is amazing. on placing the order I got confirmation but no delivery date. After 9 days I rang and was informed that it was down for delivery tomorrow, I asked if it would be delivered tomorrow she just repeated its down for delivery. She stated that the website says 3-5 working days and tomorrow I pointed out would be 7th day.
she the suggested I ring in the morning and she could update me. I should have gone local.

Items received as indicated, but x2 items wrong and over ordered on brackets. Replaced with correct items and returned in wanted brackets within 2 days 👍
But have never received balance refund after speaking on the telephone twice and at least one email 😔
