Direct Windows have provided us with great support again recently when we had a door closure problem. Georgia in customer services set up an early appointment and technician Lee came along and sorted out the problem for us. Lee also agreed to make a return visit with parts, for maintenance of a couple of window closures. First class, thank you both.

Have used Direct windows before for double glazing and a front door so knew I'd be in good hands. Great experience from start to finish. Lovely showroom, very relaxed atmosphere, sales guy very knowledgeable and no pressure. Chose my back door, a beautiful barn door, something I'd always wanted. Guy came to measure up fairly quickly and installation arranged quickly. Paul the fitter was, very professional and friendly, knew exactly what needed to be done. The end result looks amazing and I am overjoyed with the quality of the door :)

Oh my goodness I'm thrilled with my new windows not just because there new but because the fitters who came were not only professional but possibly the cleanest work people I have ever dealt with. My home was left immaculate no mess left at all!!!! Dina and her labourer did a fabulous job and when I have more windows fitted in the future I will be requesting her again 😀

From start to completion Direct Windows's customer service was brilliant. Everything was explained to us and all staff, both in the outlet and visiting measuring experts and installers were friendly, approachable and very informed about their products. The final installation of the windows was efficient and speedy at all the times our property was respected and kept clean. We never felt pressured to purchase the windows. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you to all.

Have used them before for my previous house, and just used again for a new front and back door (bought a new build and the doors are awful!) - the new doors are fab and for once we don't have any drafts and shaky doors! Would def use again and again! 70008

Used Direct Windows for both front and back door replacements (Contract No 70009) and on both occasions the product and fitting have been excellent. A scratched door handle was replaced within a few days and no pressure to pay until we were totally satisfied. Highly recommend.

Great service from the beginning, Neil Worsley helped us to organise and select our door and surrounds. the architect sent out measured up correctly so when the lovely fitter came the frames and door fitted perfectly.
Will defiantly use Direct Windows again
