I can’t review an order I still haven’t received. Ordered Sunday 1st May and still haven’t received it. When I chased the order it was because one of the items wasn’t in stock. Would have been nice to know at the time of purchase or even informed after the order was placed but no communication until
I chased it up.

The items I ordered 7 days ago have not arrived. I have had no notification to confirm receipt of order or any correspondence to advise delivery. My money was deducted from my account immediately. At the time of writing, i still do not know when, or if I will receive my order. Very disappointed :(

I recently had to contact the service team to report issues with a purchase, a zip had failed on a pair of boots. The service was excellent l, the boots arrived within a couple of days being resolved promptly and efficiently.

It was refreshing to experience such good customer service.
