Consistency is the key. I have had a few orders go through fine but if anything goes wrong as I have now, they advise the customer service is excellent and offer chat bit and messaging but you won’t get a reply. I’ve tried leaving 6 messages now as paid for an order, my monies been taken and now I’ve had a text, saying the order has been cancelled but they still have my money?! Hit and miss at best, which I semi understand but leaving customers high and dry whilst collecting your money still is not a good business model, or one that will last. Without custom no business is worth anything and simply will not last. Service is everything !!!

Ripped off. They’ve changed bank details and web address and now business ethic. Waiting over a week for next day order. No reply to emails. Was a great thing - now a massive con. DO NOT USE

Been scammed by these. No care for medical care I need. I found an alternative site that delivers in U.K. next day delivery available and I’m very happy I found them. Its buy-marijuana.info thank me later guys

Absolute scammers, send the first couple of orders then disappear, they probably only want street dealers to buy large quantities not ordinary people that enjoy smoking

Placed order 21st March and paid via bank transfer (order 71982) no confirmation of order or that funds had been received. A week later, order was cancelled without explanation. Despite numerous attempts of contact, absolutely no response whatsoever. They have since deleted the order from my account. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - YOU WILL 100% LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! I'm now £130 down If you decide to go ahead and lose your money too, don't say you haven't been warned. I absolutely guarantee you, you will not receive your order.

Orderered on the 21st march (order no:71969). Havnt recieved anything and it's now 15th April. Have tried to contact them but nothing back! I have used them before and it was ok but this time did a larger order and nothing :(

I ordered 2 items at the same time, one turned up, the other didn't. I have made multiple attempts to contact them but had no response. It's been about a month since I ordered, order number 70665, I didn't receive the hash I ordered. If it turns up I will gladly remove this review.
Update 28/4/2023: they contacted me and said they wanted photo proof that I didn't receive the hash, I don't have it, so I'm not going to get my hash

I ordered (order no: 71812) on the 20th March and received a text saying the money hadnt been received even though it cleared my account immediately into their paragon account. Here we are in 15th April and still no order. I contacted them multiple times and no response. I would avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen. If I receive my order I will happily remove this bad review. But almost a month and nothing, not happy.

Ordered 22nd March, received a text to confirm my payment..... nothing since. I've messaged via their website at least three times, and no response. So disappointed.

Feeling desperate, because I couldn’t get a good product, I sent my £90 and hoped for the best , I felt it was a gamble lol . But , I was sent text , to say they had my order , had my money, goods had been sent , and today , it arrived. It took 2 weeks , but I’m over the moon , I will definitely order again, very soon , like next week soon

This seemed like a great idea and service. I made my order and waited for the good to arrive. All went well. Good info sent and tracking code. After a week the order came delivered to my door. The good where excellent quality but the order was short one item. I informed them very quickly but they told me I had to have proof. Proving something is not there can be tricky , unexplained this too them and they asked for a photo of the seal package. No good to me as a had opened it to check the contents. My personal opinion is avoid using the service until they have better customer service and procedures.

Really thought this was a massive step forward for people like myself that enjoy cannabis but don't have the connections or are worried about scoring on the streets.
I suppose I should be grateful these guys only take your money and don't carry knives as most dealers do!!
I received the first order I placed albeit a couple of days late but was good quality so was excited to order some nice hash which I did that was 11th march it's now the 5th of April.
After messaging and getting no reply for 3weeks i don't reckon it's coming

Bunch of scammers! AVOID!!! Stolen my money twice now! 😡

My original order on 12th March was met with radio silence. I reached out several times and heard nothing back. Finally spoke to someone through their telegram channel on 6th April and received package on 8th. I've therefore upgraded my previous 2 star rating to 4 stars.

So I saw mixed reviews, though id placed a order and try it out. Didn't get response off telegram but messaged their instergram account and got a reply from them with a different telegram account to message, got a message back from it. Said everything's good and I will get my order. 2 weeks passed then got a text saying its been sent, next day it arrived. It wasnt a scam. My guess is they was waiting on the crop to cure properly? Or maybe because of what it is, moving under the radar can take a bit of time. Remember this is something that needs to be ran low-key. So you aren't going to get a lot of detail like you would from a big shop. Just be patient, message them on Instagram but don't be bait. They will reply and send you to the right telegram account to get hold of. They will be swamped with orders! So from my experience it's very positive and not a scam. Edit: Oh and just for people who haven't received their order, hopefully you put the order number in the reference box when paying for it. Support the movement.

Had trouble getting the most recent order. Normally they're very good and quick to despatch.

Seems like the business had a month break without putting any news or response out. Had originally thought (like a lot of people) that they had just been pulling an exit scam. They seem to be back and good now.

Well, lots of upset people here but I can only confirm I have had great service, ordered 3 times now and always received the goods exactly as described. My only complaint would be that the first two orders took a while to process and send out (with added royal mail strikes delaying delivery), but the wait was well worth it. Ordered a couple 8ths on Tuesday evening with 48hr royal mail, they were delivered 9am this morning. Top quality bud and the edibles (that my wife wanted to try) in my last order were amazing, though maybe a little expensive, but hey, you can't buy these in Holland and Barrett! I guess people generally leave bad reviews (rather than good ones) as they need to vent their frustrations, but I am genuinely happy with their service and products so I wanted to share my positive experience as it is a genuine one, from a genuinely happy customer.

SCAM -- avoid, ordered on 25th march, order still on hold, no reply via website or telegram. Had one successful delivery last month. Exit scam I recon. Fed up of losing cash over the other net' and Dispenseroo. Would use a street seller if I knew one!! If anybody can get through reliable site please comment! It's the only thing that settles my arthritis and I'm v. Desperate........
