Updated review : order has since arrived, 7days is very long for me hence the 3stars. Communication was also shocking.

After two and a half weeks, received package, they apologized over telegram, got lost in transit, great quality just a shame about the wait, should improve in the future I believe.

Made three orders prior which turned up as described. 4th order made on 16th march hasn't turned up with no confirmation of payment made or dispatch.

Updated review... Item arrived after two weeks, was not contact with customer service when I tried.

Am pleased to receive item, but could of been a better experience.

If anyone is having bad issues... I Have since used "strainstarz" and delivery was actually 24hr as stated on their website, really was next day delivery.

Hello I ordered on the 19th of march haven't received nothing. Even tho payed ive brought once b4 and was fine come 5 days later, Today on my account its got a invoice on there anyone else had the same thing?

I’ve been stupid enough to loose £200 through these scum bags. Useless and I believe they are SCAMMERS

Ordered 19th march 2023 didn’t receive order or any reply to telegram enquiry asking where my order was.

These guys are grade A clowns!
Don’t send them money THEY WILL KEEP SCAMMING YOU
They talk nonsense about stock and try to rope you in!
Don’t do it, save time AND MONEY and go via your local community

ordered for the third time and no confirmation this time.
seem to be locked out of my account and getting no response from telegram.
i have had stuff delivered before (took ages to arrive) and it was of a good standard but this is just getting beyond a joke. going to ask my bank to refund for service never received.

I ordered Sunday 19th of march and haven't heard a thing from dispenseree. No way of contacting them as they don't reply . Anxiety is through the roof 😕. It's now monday 27 march and still no response.just got my order 4april . To worried to order from them again until they sort their contact and response. Up a couple of stars because it came.

I can't seem to get any response from my messages I've sent on Telegram?? Is there any issues with your message service? Please can you help me with this.

Its only fair after leaving a bad review to update it.
I'm pleased to say my order arrived after 2 weeks.
I also received some shake and hash as well as a £5 discount on my next order as an apology which is a nice touch so I will order again and the product I got was good quality.

If you make an order I think you should expect to wait for it, mine turned up so I think yours will too.

left the bad review because the complaint about the lack of communication stands.

Despenseroo has had some legitimate press cover which makes it seem like its not a scam and some reviews are good but the bad reviews seem to be on the up.
I placed an order over a week ago didn't receive any confirmation about my order although there was an order successes page on the website I have tried to contact them for an update and have had no response since and that's the problem don't mind a holdup but do expect some sort of communication from a company that wants to appear legit and get out ahead of competition if the laws change in the UK so weather its a scam or just bad business practice don't use this company.

Made a order on the 27th January, order never came, 5 weeks later I got a text with an apology and a coupon for the value off my money… I thought happy days so I made another order on Wednesday, unfortunately no one has confirmed order and also there was no where too redeem the coupon I received… I’m now out £190, very disappointed and disgusted with the way these people work.. I would seriously stay away folks..!.

As simple as that!
The only stock I’ve ever seen in all the time looking at their site is Shake, but don’t expect even that to turn up.
They have a clever little Scam going where they generate cash by excepting your order, then nothing happens, if you do manage to get in contact they’ll give you the copy-and-paste answer, then offer you a coupon for the cost of your order, knowing full well you can’t use it because they won’t have anything for you to buy, but by then they’ve got the cash injection from taking orders on non-existing stock, nice easy scam lol

It’s tempting to place an order if you see one or two good reviews I know, but don’t be drawn in, please avoid them at all costs, because when your order has been processing for a week and you try to communicate with them… we’ll let’s just say it’s easier to communicate with the future using smoke signals than getting a meaningful response from this lot.

Took the money. Checked my delivery status which says cancelled. No communication as to why so guess I've been ripped off. No reply to my e mails.

Placed an order start of the month. Didn’t hear back though I reached out , I was reimbursed for my order + a little on top as inconvenience , I was given a coupon which I used last week , got my order roughly 2 days after I placed it. They apologised to me for reaching out so late (I contacted them twice but didn’t manage to get through)
