Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 22/11/21, ad oggi 04/12/21 non ho ricevuto niente, né articolo, né risposte email. Da evitare.

PS: sono stato rimborsato, dopo un po'di tempo che hanno annullato l'ordine n'è passata una settimana dal ricevere notizie che sarei stato rimborsato, niente buono ma direttamente sulla carta.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 20/11, il pacco è arrivato oggi precisamente dopo due settimane.
Il modello corrisponde e le scarpe sono originali.
Nonostante le recensioni negative, ci sono buonissime offerte.

I have ordered and paid a pair of Adidas Nite Jogger. After 30 days the order hasn’t been delivered. Nobody is answering at email and I can’t get my money back.

Habe 2 paar schuhe bestellt und bezahlt, die angeblich per Express Versand binnen 24 h zu mir kommen sollten. Angeblich wurden sie auch verschickt, der Tracking Link für DHL war aber ungültig. Nach einer Woche warten habe ich dann versucht anzurufen - Fehlanzeige, nach gewisser Zeit in der Leitung legt der Computer automatisch auf. Auf die daraufhin geschriebene Mail wurde auch für einer Woche nicht reagiert. Daraufhin habe ich den Paypal Käuferschutz gezogen. Oh Wunder 2 Tage später schicken mir Distance eine Mail, dass die Artikel irgendwie noch nicht los wären. Weitere 2 Stunden später, dass storniert wurde. Habe mittlerweile von Paypal das Geld erhalten. Definitiv NICHT BESTELLEN. Mag manchmal klappen aber definitiv zu hohes Risiko von denen übers Ohr gehauen zu werden. Und wenn, dann nur mit Paypal als Zahlungsmethode um immer den Trumpf spielen zu können.

Vor 2 Wochen bestellt, außer Bestellbestätigung kam nichts. Auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet, Telefonnummergibt's nicht . Niee wieder....
Leute lieber Paar Euro mehr zahlen und sich den ganzen Stress und Ärger sparen.
Ich würde nie wieder hier was bestellen.

Devo dire che leggendo le recensioni super negative ho avuto veramente paura di aver perso i miei soldi, l'assistenza non esiste purtroppo, non ci vogliono 5 giorni ma , nel mio caso, 10. Però il pacco è arrivato , le scarpe sono originali e sono molto belle ☺️

Ich habe seit eine Woche einen Schuh bestellt und bis jetzt habe nicht bekommen. Die gehen nicht an Email an. ich würde nicht empfehlen

Reebok Sneaker am 23.11 bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Ware am 01.12 per DHL geliefert. Lieferung erfolgte also innerhalb von 8 Tagen. Es war auch Black Friday. Bestellbestätigung und Lieferbestätigung - Ihre Bestellung wurde bearbeitet - und Ware ist nach 2 Tagen eingetroffen. Eine DHL Nummer wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Ware ist Original und passt. Preislich wurden mehr als 54 % gespart.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden, bei mir ist alles gutgegangen.

heb er besteld maar de bestelling blijft weg , heb al verschillende emails gestuurd maar geen reactie.
stond bij levering binnen 3 dagen is al 14 dagen maar nog steeds niets.

Commande du 22/11/21... réception ce jour du colis. Produit et taille commandés OK.
Je suis très agréablement surpris. A part une livraison tardive, ce qui n'est pas bien grave, ce site a répondu en tous points à mon attente.
J'ai crié au loup trop tôt !

Ils sont fait un communiquer comme quoi ils essayent au mieux de gérer le problème et de patienter déplus les gens reçoivent sauf que ce n’est pas en 4j

Händler wirbt mit 24 Stunden Versand / Lieferung. Nach über einer Woche habe ich noch immer keine Ware. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Nachdem das Kreditkartenunternehmen eingeschaltet wurde, wird plötzlich die Ware verschickt.

Ne vous fiez pas du tout au suivie DPD car le colis vient de Pologne pas de France.
J'ai commandé le 22/11 et je viens seulement de recevoir le mail de DPD Pologne que mon colis venait d'être déposé. Donc encore 4 jours pour réception. Au final 12 jours de livraisons :-) mais le principal c'est de le recevoir.
J'espère avoir aidé plus d'un client de Distance.eu.

I have had order 1 pair sneaker New Balance. The order was successful and they deduced my money from my credit card. Suddenly, 3 days later, I received an e.mail from their website that my order was cancelled. The reason for the cancellation was technical problems related to server overload, and the model I have ordered was not available in the stock. They promised that my money would be returned to my bank account in 2 or 3 working days. But Until now, 10 days is over but I have received nothing from them. I tried to call them but no one answered me, I e.mailed them few times also but no one answered my e.mails.
Really really bad service from this website.
I would never buy any stuffs from this website again.
I have paid money for nothing.

Fuyez ce site. Article commandé le 22.11.21 et depuis c'est silence radio. Aucun retour à mes courriels, le téléphone sonne mais après 15min d'attente on vous raccroche au nez. Un conseil, fuyez ce site. A Dominique et aux autres, par hasard, auriez-vous connu une fin plus heureuse ? Merci

I ordered some sneakers that never came.
They told me they were lost. When i emailed the Distance's staff, they repplied they needed to wait DHL response, in order to refund me. 2 month passed. My gilfriend had no birthday gift because of them. They never answered, they never gave news. Don't buy in this website, they attract clients with cheap prices but the products are always lost. Everyone says the same. My package never actually left Poland, supposedly ''lost''.
They also try to disuade people from going to the bank asking for refund because they know there's a maximum refund period, and consequently, you can't do anything and lose the money and the product.
I am writing this in order to inform you but also to get my money back.
No wonder you have this score on Trustpilot...
