Vor einer Woche bestellt und außer einer Bestellbestätigung keine weitere Reaktion. Auch nicht auf mehrfaches Nachfragen zum Staus der Bestellung. Vermutlich kann ich die Lieferzng und auch das Gekd abschreiben 😩.

Purtroppo ho letto le recensioni solo dopo aver effettuato l’acquisto.
È un sito fake, le vostre scarpe non arriveranno mai e nessuno vi restituirà mai i soldi. Non esistono contatti telefonici e ad ogni contatto via mail o social non rispondono.
Gli ho regalato €80, ma per fortuna che non erano di più.

Ganz schlechter Kundendienst, eigentlich gar keiner !!!...vor 5 Tagen bestellt, Ware angeblich versendet, Trackingnummer aber ungültig...telefonisch ist der Kundendienst nicht erreichbar und per Mail bekommt man trotz mehrfacher Anfrage keinerlei Rückmeldung zwecks Klärung des Problems...bin gespannt, ob überhaupt noch etwas ankommt von der Bestellung...es wird trotz der guten Preise die erste und letzte Bestellung gewesen sein.

I’m ordered a pair of stan smith with the value of 54 euro and i did not received any receipt and there is no order placed on the website.
I’m sending mail to the customer service to know where is my order and if it will never arrive , but they did not answer me yet.
I think i’m going to lose my 54 euro for an articules that maybe will never arrive.

Vor 5 Tagen bestellt. Gestern kam eine Email das sie die Bestellung stornieren. Hatte mich schon gewundert, die Adidas Terrex waren schon verflucht billig. Gehe von Lockangeboten aus. Hoffe das ich das Geld wieder zurück bekomme. Sorry Leute aber das geht gar nicht.

Won't answer no phone calls or emails. Ordered 3 pairs of Nike's. 2 pairs of 270 men's and a woman's pair of 2090. Did end up getting the woman's pair and they are perfect. Got a refund on the other pairs because they was an error on their behalf. They was not in stock but charged me. They won't answer the phone or reply to me in email. Just one time out of 15 emails I sent, to let me know they are refunding me.

Je ne connaissais pas du tout ce site et pour être franche j’ai commandé une paire de baskets sans être très sereine… et à vrai j’ai été agréablement surprise déjà d’une par leur rapidité sur la livraison et par la réactivité de leur service client car je m’étais trompé sur ma commande, ils ont direct modifié ma demande ++ du coup je recommanderais sans hésiter

I placed an order for some Doc Martens, then had to cancel this order on the same day as they were the incorrect model. All email communications were answered very promptly cancellation of my order was carried out immediately and refund made immediately. Cannot fault the customer service, shame i cannot comment on products.

Very pleased with the purchase I have made. I was a bit worried after seeing all the bad reviews, but the pair of shoes I was looking for was only available on their website, so I took the risk.
The only “issue” would be the tag, which was not attached to the shoes, but in the box, next to them. It looked as it was ripped off.

Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, Dienstag bestellt Freitag da.
Sehr gute Qualität und war eine schöne Erfahrung.

Ich wollte meine Bestellung zurücksenden, da die Schuhe nicht passten.
Das Paket ist nach zwei Wochen zurück gekommen, obwohl ich genau die Adresse verwendet habe, die im Internet angegeben war.
Jetzt ist die 30-tägige Rückgabefrist abgelaufen und der Verkäufer nimmt den Artikel (auch nach sehr freundlicher Nachfrage meinerseits mit Bitte um Kulanz) nicht mehr zurück.
Auch, da ich das Porto selbst zahlen musste, ärgerlich.

Habe am Samstag dem 11.09.21 Schuhe bestellt. Also kein Werktag. Am Montag wurde mir die Bestellung bestätigt. Am Mittwoch dem 15.09.21 hatte ich die Schuhe am Fuß. 100% Originalware, keine Mängel, auch keine B-Ware, also alles Top. Gezahlt wurde via Paypal. Klare Weiterempfehlung, alles Bestens!!!

Vorsicht ! Kommt aus Polen, bin mir nicht sicher ob es echt ist. Rücksendungsgebühr viel zu hoch. Email Verkehr sehr schleppend. Einmal und nicht wieder:((((
