All the negative reviews scared me a bit, but since Distance was the only store that had the sneakers I wanted in stock, I decided to give it a shot. Ordered last week, got the package delivered to Belgium in 4 days. Everything was in order. Sneakers had the right size, they were the correct model and I recieved both the left and right sneaker. 5/5 would order again

Commande non reçue tracking erronée après plusieurs messages aucune réponse de leur part.Pas très professionnel du tout méfiez vous.

Site frauduleux, ma commande n est jamais arrivée, aucun retour de mes mails envoyés à la hotline, ma commande a été faite il y a 15 jours, j ai été débité le lendemain.
Ne surtout rien commander sur ce site

J'ai commandé y'a 1 semaine et je n'ai toujours rien reçu pourtant je leur envoie des massages pour leur demander ou en est ma commande pas de réponse et je ne peux pas suivre ma commande sur le service DPD

Meine Schuhe wurden in der falschen Größe geschickt,habe die Schuhe für 14,90€ zurück geschickt und es kam keine Reaktion wegen meines Geldes.Mußte dann ,nach sehr langer Zeit,über PayPal gehen.Aber die Rücksendekosten habe ich eingebüßt.Ich bestelle da nie wieder!!!

Pas arriver en 24h comme indiqué mais très raide quand même .

J’ai commandé des chaussures que je trouvais nulle part en France car rupture de stock. J’ai bien été livrée et les chaussures sont conformes à ce que j’avais commandé. En lisant les avis j’avais un peu peur puis finalement j’ai commandé et je ne suis pas déçue ! Par contre niveau livraison j’ai choisi DPD mais ayant commandé le 1er avril la livraison a été un peu longue car cela tombait sur Pâques.

I ordered my partner some trainers for Christmas, which did arrive within a few days, unfortunately though they were too small. I sent them back by Royal Mail and paid £17.00 so they could be tracked. They arrived at customs in Poland but have been sitting there since 18th January and It s now April! I have sent numerous emails to Distance who advised to contact Royal Mail as they need to recover them, when speaking with them they have advised that it's actually the recipient (distance) who need to contact customs not them. I have absolutely no where to go from this as no one is helping me. I paid £105 for these trainers and am now out of pocket with nothing to show from it. I've contacted Distance again recently but have had no response.

I ordered shoes and received 2 right shoes. I read the reviews but thought it wouldn’t happy to me.

Now I have to pay €30 to return the shoes from Ireland to Poland, they also don’t cover this coat with is against European Consumer regulation.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 24/03/21 from the distance.eu website and then went on read reviews about their service. Got worried with so many negative reviews, so did some digging.

Here's what I found:

Negatives:
1) Several buyers claim it's a scam, either their parcel wasn't delivered or the product was sub-par.
2) Distance's instagram and facebook posts also have a few reviews claiming it's a scam and that the user's reviews are being deleted.
3) The domain is routed through cloudflare (haven't seen many e-commerce websites do this) and also the domain doesn't have an owner.

Positives:
1) The website is extensive, with models showing unavailable sizes, which could mean an elaborate scam or a genuine stock check.
2) The company is registered in Poland and the entire history of the company from initiation in 2003, to incorporation in 2013 and subsequently partnering in 2015. Owner and partner details are also mentioned.
3) Company financials and tax audits are also accessible. ~ $30M turnover.
4) Location checks out.

What transpired for me;
- 24/03/21, they gave me an invalid tracking number. I contacted them by email for a screenshot of the tracking on DHL... satisfactory response.
- 25/03/21, I received an email from DHL about delivery time.
- 26/03/21, I received the package, opened it in front of the courier guy in case I needed to return it.
Result - genuine product, correct size and colour.

I'm stoked to have a new pair but more-so that I didn't get scammed. Would've uploaded pics but there's no option.
Tip: Pay through Paypal, they offer buyer's protection.

I tried to make it elaborate because I don't want a genuine company losing out to fake reviews.

Musste meinen Käuferschutz aktivieren.
Nie mehr wieder.
Ich rate jedem von diesem Laden ab.
Nach über 2 Monaten hatte ich mein Geld wieder.
Einen Kontakt oder eine Antwort auf meine Mails hab ich bis heute nicht.
Sehr sehr unseriös.
