Ich kann den negativen Bewertungen ebenfalls nur zustimmen.
Schuhe bestellt, leider eine völlig andere Farbe als auf der Homepage angegeben, zurück gesendet, keine Info über Eingang der Retoure, natürlich auch keine Rückerstattung und nun kann ich mich mit meinem Kundenkonto nicht mehr einloggen. Ich tippe ebenfalls auf Betrug und Geldmacherei.

J'ai commandé une veste nike sherpa et je suis resté choqué. La veste a été portée et sentait la transpiration. Le tissus intérieur relâché une odeur de cigarette. Des cheveux gris étaient présent à l'intérieur du capuchon. Première et dernière fois que je commande chez eux. L'emballage était abîmé et on pouvait toucher la veste directement. C'est la première fois que je vois ça.

Fate attenzione!!!!! La ditta ha sede in Polonia (lo si scopre solo troppo tardi) e quando si deve affrontare la triste possibilità di dover fare un reso i costi sono a carico e sono molto molto molto onerosi. Loro sono anche molto scortesi nelle comunicazioni. Scrivo pochissime recensioni, e credetemi che se lo faccio sono seriamente motivata. Statene alla larga, comprate altrove.

Ich kann vom Kauf in diesem Shop nur abraten.Ich habe vor fast4 Wochen ein Paar Sneaker bestellt und bezahlt.Habe sie bis heute nicht erhalten.Auf Emails wird stereotyp geantwortet,man werde nachforschen.Dabei ist es geblieben.Ich hoffe,dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.Sonst halte ich es für Betrug

Erg leuk en uniek aanbod van sneakers, 2 paar besteld en deze waren verrassend snel bezorgd! Ik ga hier vast en zeker nog vaker bestellen!

Schuhe sind super, Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch und die Lieferung erfolgte schnell.

J'ai acheté une paire d'AF1 Pixel white car je n'en trouvais nulle part ailleurs, ou bien à des prix ultra élevé (genre vinted,...)
Elles sont arrivées dans leur boite et tout était nickel.
Juste les services de livraison qui laissent un peu à désirer et qui prennent un certain temps.
Sinon dans l'ensemble c'est très correct !

I read the reviews after I made the purchase and I was a bit stressed to be honest. That’s why I decided to write my own. I made the order on 5/2 and after they got my payment on 8/2 they sent the parcel on 10/2 via DHL. I received it today 23/2(in Athens ,Greece)and everything was perfect, my Adidas pants,correct size and everything. They had even contacted me via email after one week that the parcel was still in transit and because it still hadn’t got any status update,to inform me that the delay was due to COVID restrictions. So in general I never faced any kind of problem or inconvenience.

Ik heb 1 keer mailcontact gehad met de klantenservice met een vraag over de track and trace code, deze mail werd heel snel beantwoord, fijn! Ik heb nadat ik heb besteld hier de reviews gelezen en maakte me daardoor een beetje zorgen. Ik vind veel van de negatieve reviews zeer onterecht als ik ze teruglees, om kleine dingen worden al 1 ster gegeven.
De levertijd die op de website staat (in mijn geval 2-3 dagen met DHL) klopt niet, de levertijd was 5 werkdagen (alsnog snel). De doos was enigszins beschadigd, de zak waarin het verpakt was echter niet.
TL;dr: Ik heb een prima ervaring met dezer webshop!

Wir haben am Montag die Timberland Splitrock 2 Hicker Black in Größe 45 bestellt und heute wurden sie geliefert. Keine Materialfehler und sie passen super.

Been waiting for my item since Christmas. Supposedly posted it correctly even though DHL said it was in another country. Seems they have lost it and still have not given me the item of my money back 8 weeks later. Hopefully not theft. Watch this space.

Ordered a backpack it was in transit for 45 days and then I found out package was lost, asked for a new one to be sent or a refund and have not got a reply.

Horrible customer service do not recommend

Ordered shoes and while after a few days I was notified that they couldn’t be delivered I didn’t get the money back. After an email to their customer service they told me to get in co tact with their payment provider braintree which in turn told me, as expected, that they as a b2b business only deal with tHe merchants themselves and not the clients. Getting back to distance.eu still without answer. Trying to go through my bank / lawyer now. Don’t buy anything there!

I ordered without reading reviews then read them and was a little worried. However I cannot fault them I made a mistake ordering my self and package was a week in transit. But shoes are perfect and genuine and box undamaged. I will order here again for sure and excellent selection with all sizes not like other UK sites where service was terrible. Thank you distance I will be repeat customer for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

VORSICHT!!! Schuhe kamen mit Materialfehler. Die Kommunikation mit dem Shop ist quasi nicht möglich. Die gehen überhaupt nicht auf Mails ein. Die Kommentare hier mit positiven Bewertungen ähneln sich verdächtig..

Stay away from this website they are a SCAM!!!!!!!
