From start to finish I can't thank D.L.G AUTO services enough, from picking my car up that had been in a wreck to keeping me informed throughout the process to bringing my car back like brand new, they even put a tenners worth of petrol in as it was low, many thanks to you all at DLG.

Superb service from start to finish. Kept informed of progress at all times. Both drivers who picked up and dropped off car were on time and friendly. Can’t believe how quickly the repair was done. Great to receive such good customer service for a change. Well done!

My car went off for repair and was fairly quickly returned sadly bits were missing and the job wasn't finished, some parts were still broken, 2 weeks later an engineer came out and couldn't repair it in the carpark. Another 2 weeks later they took the car away and gave me a non like for like replacement as apparently they don't have to honour that if they mess up the repair. I finally got my car back and its ok and I cant be bothered to complain any more but its not great.

Great admin staff. Kept up to date with progress. Friendly staff collected the car. Really pleased with the repair work. The real bonus was the valeting. Neighbours thought I had a new car.

Car returned with interior damage. Told wesr and tear. This is the second time ive had issues with this company. I expect the vehicle to be returned in the condition it was given. Unacceptable.

My car was collected from, and delivered back to, my home address and everyone I saw (or spoke to on the phone) were fantastic. Really good communications all the way through. I was delighted with the service provided and was so grateful for the speedy repair to my car. It even came back washed and valeted. What superstars!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Collected the car and delivered back to the door like new. Always someone available to talk to on their helpline for advice and they kept regular contact to let me know how repair was going.
