My car was in your garage over one month even it was not serious damage.

The collection and delivery of my vehicle was very good. I was kept informed about the process of repair. The repair itself was excellent.

Superb service start to finish! Everyone was personable and professional. They kept me informed throughout and we're very happy with the completed work. Having an accident isn't ideal, but if you do, you and your car will be well looked after. Special thanks to Amanda and Cheryl who were very helpful in sorting a courtesy car asap and answering my random questions!!

Had my car taken here to be fixed through my insurance, dispite the few cancellations of collection I am so pleased with how it’s turned out. The customer service is amazing, keeping in touch to let me know how it was coming along. Great experience with the delivery men who were friendly and kind. From the moment I dropped my damaged van into DLG, they kept me up to date with all elements of the repair and even though it was over the Christmas and new year period there were no delays when it was returned. A very professional company from my experience. Thank you.

It took you 2.5 months to repair my vehicle and was returned without a part (front badge) which was later delivered and fitted at my home.

Car was fixed but. Part of my door handle was missing (a part that wasnt broke in the first place). Have tried to contact them multiple time but get no answer and no reply to my voicemails.

Now my hire car is being picked up and still no response

I was away on business for nearly 2 weeks when
my car was repaired. Perhaps, it is norm to take this long for the repair. I am not complaining about that but I prefer to drive my car rather than the replacement car that it would have been appreciated if the repair had completed slightly earlier.
Everyone I came to contact with were nice and polite.

Bodywork repair work was top rate but in addition the whole car was returned in immaculate condition inside and out.
Communication during the repair process was good and all staff were helpful and friendly
