The pick up and drop off of the car were well organised and the drivers were friendly and courteous. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the clean of the car. I found a sweet wrapper which was not mine, there were streaks on the inside trim and all seats, and it was still dusty in places. Also the tyre pressure warning light was on. This was disappointing

Hello. The admin side was great. The repair to the car left scratches which were known about but not repaired before the car was given back. There was a warning light that must have been known about but ignored. The valeting was rubbish. Even after the second time there were still scratches and cleaning fluid evident.

I was extremely happy with the exceptional service and work to repair my car following minor damage to right front bumper and wheel arch.
All staff l dealt with from office staff, car mechanics and drivers who collected and repaired my car were polite, attentive and went above and beyond to help.
My car was collected on 13/1/25 and returned fully valeted and repaired to a very high standard on 17/1/25. I was kept fully informed of progress throughout, using their app and by text message and phone calls. Customer service was outstanding thanks DLG.

As new repair and completed in 1 week. Car delivered back to me having been cleaned inside and out.

They recently done work on my Vauxhall Mokka after a bus hit it. Absolutely flawless bob on job nothing at all to complain about. Only problem is there don't do private work 100% great people to deal with
