They collected my car from my address and took the car to Manchester for repair. They kept me informed about the car and returned it to my address after letting me know by phone.
DLG also contacted me about a missing water bottle lid and arranged a replacement. Brilliant to deal with

It was quick and of high quality. My main problem was getting online information about when the job would be finished.

This company is a total failure. My rear bumber needed painting - they took the car away brought it back after a couple of days - it turned out it had runs of paint on the bumber and my booth was full of stones and sand?! and the car had an extra 4miles driven. After a complaint had been written they took the car back to then bring it back for the 2nd time with the rear light and plastic around it haven been painted, with one of the wheels being covered with scratches. They then took the car back for the 3rd time - brought it back after a week - to find that my booth was a mess - everything that was inside the booth had been turned into one big mess including all of the stuff in the compartment being thrown out. The balancing wheight had been silver instead of black. A total lack of professionalism, I will never go back to this company - not once did anyone apologize to me.

DLG were very efficient. My car was taken away and the worker who collected it was polite and on time.
when the work was completed it was brought back to my home address cleaned.
I am happy with the repairs and have no hesitation in using them again.
